This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP Module solutions respectively. ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

As the Supply Chain Excellence & S&OP Manager, you will be the strategic architect of our regional value chain. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role focused on synchronizing demand, supply, and capacity to ensure business agility. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end food logistics operations and coordinate our early-morning driver fleet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supply Chain & Procurement (approx 40%)

- Manage end-to-end food ingredient supply chain from supplier sourcing to last-mile delivery

- Negotiate commercial terms with food suppliers and distributors

- Forecast demand based on client orders and seasonality

- Track inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and minimize wastage

- Monitor cold-chain integrity and food safety compliance

Dispatch & Fleet Operations (approx 40%)
