Key Responsibilities

Pricing & Procurement

Carrier Management & Coordination

• Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, GSAs, and strategic partners
• Ensure effective communication on surcharge updates, market changes, and carrier notices
• Optimize loading plans and space utilization based on daily allotments

Internal Collaboration & Compliance

• Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Overseas offices to align pricing strategies
• Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and approval processes
• Maintain and update pricing systems, databases, and tools for operational efficiency
• Provide support for customer escalations related to pricing and capacity issues

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5~8 years of experience in Air Freight Pricing, Procurement, or Commercial Management.
• Strong knowledge of airline pricing structures, capacity management, and global air freight market dynamics.
• Experience in RFQ/RFP management and multinational customer accounts.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

Senior Executive/Executive, Supply Chain Management

Key Responsibilities:

·       Handle day-to-day operations for assigned customer accounts, ensuring smooth order fulfilment and timely response to queries

·       Coordinate receipt, proper storage, and issuance of customer-supplied materials and finished goods

·       Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess

·       Manage and coordinate a small team or warehouse staff assigned to support account operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and daily task completion

·       Monitor and support the processing of transportation claims, shipments, and logistics documentation

·       Prepare, verify, and process invoices and reports related to assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to clients

·       Participate in annual stock take audits and ad hoc inventory checks to ensure compliance with internal and client standards

·       Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, team performance, and customer satisfaction

·       Perform any other operational tasks assigned by immediate superior to support account management

Requirements:

·       Diploma in Supply Chain Management, or at least 1 year of relevant experience in Warehousing, Logistics, and Supply Chain Operations, with exposure to operational processes and team coordination.

·       Experience in inventory control, invoicing, billing, and logistics process

·       Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

·       Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

·       Proficiency in all Microsoft Office application

Job Summary

The Import Planning Executive is responsible for overseeing end-to-end import and export planning activities to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods. This role supports demand and supply planning, maintains optimal inventory levels, and ensures timely delivery across domestic and international markets.

This role is based in Tampines North.

Key Responsibilities
Import Planning

• Manage the full order cycle for inventory, coordinating with suppliers and distribution centres to ensure timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with Supply & Demand Planners to incorporate accurate market information into forecasts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan for promotions, festive build-ups, new product launches, excess stock, and product discontinuations.
• Monitor shipment schedules, proactively resolving delays, discrepancies, and customs clearance issues.
• Address supplier fulfilment problems and submit claims in line with SOPs.
• Provide feedback to Category Managers on cost changes and regulatory compliance issues.
• Track KPIs, drive performance improvements, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with processes and audits, highlighting exceptions.
• Perform monthly cost accruals and manage cost conditions for exceptions.
• Handle supplier payment closures and reconcile Statements of Account (SOA).
• Manage operational licenses and permits to meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all import activities.

Export Planning

• Prepare export documentation including permits, certificates of origin, and declarations.
• Coordinate export shipments based on customer orders and delivery timelines.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and transport providers to arrange shipments.
• Ensure compliance with destination country regulations and trade requirements.
• Monitor export order fulfilment and track shipments.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in import/export operations or supply chain planning.
• Good knowledge of forecasting, data analytics, inventory planning, supply chain concepts, and statistical forecasting.
• Proficiency in data analysis and planning tools; advanced Microsoft Excel skills (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, PivotTable).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
