PRIMARY FUNCTION
Provide quality and safety assuranceby maintaining effective management systems, supporting compliance, audits,product safety, and continuous improvement across aerospace operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Quality & Compliance
· Maintain andsupport the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with applicableaerospace regulatory and customer requirements.
· Supportimplementation of regulatory and procedural changes by reviewing requirements,updating documentation, and verifying compliance.
· Prepare,update, and maintain quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, andinternal checklists.
· Plan andperform internal audits, support external regulatory, customer, andcertification audits.
· Managecorrective and preventive actions using structured root cause and correctiveaction (RCCA) methodologies.
2. Safety Management System (SMS)
· Support theimplementation and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System(SMS).
· Managehazard identification, safety reporting, risk assessment, and mitigationtracking.
· Monitoreffectiveness of safety risk controls and support safety performance reporting.
· Supportsafety and quality investigations arising from incidents, audits, or reports.
3. Product Safety & Quality Assurance
· Supportproduct safety investigations, product audits, and analysis of quality escapesor defects.
· Reviewmaintenance records, work packages, and certification documents for compliance.
· Monitoroperational processes to identify quality and safety risks.
· Supportwarranty investigations and cost‑of‑poor‑quality(COPQ) reduction initiatives.
4. Training & Capability Development
· Develop andconduct internal training on Quality, SMS, Human Factors, and related topics.
· Use realoperational case studies to enhance training effectiveness and safetyawareness.
· Supportcompetency development of Quality team members through coaching and mentoring.
5. Supplier & Cross‑Functional Support
· Performsupplier audits and support vendor evaluation and approval activities.
· Liaise withEngineering, Operations, Customers, and Regulators on quality and safetymatters.
· Supportorganizational quality and safety metrics, dashboards, and management reports.
· Providebackup support to QA functions to ensure continuity of compliance coverage.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS& EXPERIENCE
· Diploma orBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
· Minimum 5–8years’ experience in the aerospace or aviation industry with quality systemexposure.
· Formaltraining in Safety Management System (SMS).
· ISO 9001 /AS / aerospace quality Lead Auditor preferred or Internal Auditor qualificationat minimum.
· Train‑the‑Trainerqualification or equivalent in delivering structured technical, quality,
· or safetytraining.
· Passed CAASSAR examinations: L11 / L12 / M10.
· Passed EASAPart‑66 examinations M09 and M10 preferred.
· Experience conducting internal and external audits and managing corrective and preventive actions.
· Knowledge and practical application of 8D or equivalent structured methodologies (e.g. RCCA, DMAIC, A3) for root cause analysis and risk mitigation.
· Strong understanding of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance principles.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
