Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive quality management by ensuring thorough risk assessment, accurate documentation, cross-functional alignment, and compliance with quality requirements.

• Response to quality incidents, including root cause analysis, and drive effective containment and corrective actions.

• Manage visual and microscopic inspections on finished wafers to identify defects.
• Set up, maintain, and release inspection tool recipes (e.g., AVI, OM, sorter, and packing tools).
• Conduct visual inspection on rejected parts, including root cause identification, risk assessment, and collaboration with engineering teams to resolve issues.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with expertise for in-process or outgoing quality management.

Overview

Blue Edge Advisors is seeking a Compliance & Regulatory Analyst (Junior to Mid-Level) to support the firm’s regulatory and governance functions.

This role is ideal for individuals who are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and have a strong interest in interpreting regulations, drafting policies, and ensuring regulatory alignment across the firm.

You will play a key role in translating regulatory developments into practical internal frameworks, while supporting the firm’s ongoing compliance obligations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regulatory Policy & Framework (Core Focus)

• Monitor, review, and interpret regulatory updates, circulars, and guidelines from MAS and NFA.
• Translate regulatory requirements into internal policies, procedures, and controls.

4. Compliance Monitoring & Record Keeping

• Maintain records for licenses, registrations, employee personal trading, and outside business activities.

5. AML/CFT Oversight

• Conduct KYC and AML due diligence on clients and prospects.
• Perform periodic reviews and support internal AML risk assessments.

6. Advisory & Documentation Review

• Provide practical, commercially aware compliance guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Review contracts, offering documents, and agreements to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst (Payments) to support MetaComp’s regulatory and financial crime compliance efforts across our fiat payment operations.

This is a junior role ideal for candidates starting their career in compliance, offering hands-on exposure to transaction monitoring, AML/CFT controls, and payment investigations within a regulated fintech and digital asset environment.

You will work closely with Compliance, Operations, and Product teams to ensure that all payment activities adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Transaction Monitoring & Review

Act as a technical expert in healthcare quality and regulatory analytics.
