You will be based in Singapore, reporting to the Compliance Manager.

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct daily transaction monitoring reviews using internal systems to detect potential suspicious activity.
• Timely identification of potentially suspicious transactions/activities and investigate alerts, preparing detailed case narratives and supporting documentation, drafting of STR whenever necessary.
• Processing of the incoming/outgoing payment and the name check alerts (i.e., sanctions, PEP)
• Providing independent and timely advice to business and other functions on all issues relating to day-to-day business, new business initiatives and transactions undertaken by clients.
• Analyzing the processes, the systems and advising stakeholders on the implementation of improved solutions that support business and mitigates compliance risk.
• Co-ordinating and arranging compliance training for the employees.
• Maintenance of internal reporting archives
• Interact with external stakeholders such as liquidity partners, banks and government agencies on compliance related matters

Requirements:

• Relevant university degree holder or equivalent in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance / Risk Management / IT
• At least 1 year of experience in AML&CFT / Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) and STR reporting in banking /finance industry or money service business
• AAMLP / ACAMS certification is preferred
• Knowledge in IT is an advantage
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skill (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin)
• Excellent detailed-oriented skill set; Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
• An independent self-motivated individual who is bright, with good, sound judgment, and mental toughness.

• Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a Quality Assurance Analyst with functional testing experience in Temenos T24, preferably within a private banking environment.
• Contract role

Responsibilities: 

• Work with business users to understand user requirements of Temenos T24 as per assigned by Product Owner
• Collaborate closely with our product, design, and tech teams to understand product requirements and new feature specifications to plan test scenarios, testing efforts & schedule
• Ensure the timely delivery of each release cycle for assigned projects, from detailed test case creation to performing end to end testing during the UAT phase
• Analyze test results,identify/log & prioritize defects to tech for issue resolution/defects
• Perform regression testing to ensure that previously developed and tested application still performs as expected
• Communicate to Product & UAT Team Lead on open issues and defects, run book execution progress, and risks
• Participate in the improvement of testing processes, tools and methodologies.
• Support test automation strategy for the product and cross platforms UAT as and when needed

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a testing role, preferably in Temenos T24
• Experience in UAT on digital or client-facing platforms
• Experience in test automation would be an advantage
• Experience in writing user stories with acceptance criteria would be an advantage
• Experience in banking and wealth management domains
• Good working experience using JIRA
• Good understanding of Agile principles and familiarity with different development & testing methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate efficiently with stakeholders and bridge communication gaps
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously
• Independent and self‑motivated
• Experience with UiPath or other RPA tools is an advantage. Familiarity with T24 testing is preferred; candidates with strong UAT experience who are willing to learn will also be considered
