Position Objective

• As a member of the School Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Parent Experience (PX) provides single-point leadership for how families experience communication, engagement, and day-to-day interactions with the school.

Responsibilities

Parent Experience Leadership

About the team

What you'll do

As Director, Regulatory Compliance, Asia you will deliver on the regulatory engagement strategy and maintain our licensing responsibilities for our regulated financial services entities across Asia. You will coordinate with all internal and external parties to ensure compliance through the communication of regulatory requirements, cross-functional collaboration to productize solutions and offerings, implementation and execution of processes and interfacing with our regulators. You will also help to continue to build our global regulatory compliance program based on the 2 lines of defence principle. Who you are

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in law from a recognised university or analogous Compliance qualifications / experience;

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance in a regulated financial institution, FinTech, legal / consulting firm, or combination of the above;

• Familiarity with financial regulatory laws, rules, regulations and industry best practices across the Asia region;

• Significant experience in a variety of regulatory legal or compliance roles, with experience in managing teams across multiple geographies;

Oversee daily business operations, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen, service, bar, and entertainment functions

Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and brand expansion

Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profit margins

Ensure compliance with all Singapore regulations (e.g., licensing, food hygiene, liquor license, workplace safety requirements)

Supervise and support senior management, including Head Chef, Operations Manager, and Bar Manager

Drive marketing and promotional activities to increase customer traffic, including events, nightlife, and entertainment offerings (e.g., karaoke, live music)

Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and overall guest experience

Oversee procurement, supplier management, and inventory control to ensure operational efficiency

Lead recruitment, staff development, and performance management across all departments

Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety protocols (WSH compliance)

Manage tenancy matters, landlord relations, and outlet expansion or renovation plans

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders

Identify new business opportunities and expansion plans for additional outlets or concepts

Represent the company in official matters, including government authorities, licensing bodies, and business negotiations

ABOUTTHE JOB

Asa Management Consultant, you will acquire first-hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment.

You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Our consultants are our greatest asset, and we show this by providing a comprehensive training and mentoring program to equip you to become a skilled consultant.

     Drive the success of work streams by directing activities, ensuring high quality deliverables and timely submission.

     Manage team of junior consultants and support team members with all project activities.

     Act as single point-of-contact for key client stakeholders and maintain close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking.

     Conduct research, data collection and analysis on the needs and issues of the client through interviews and workshops to translate their requirements into well-formulated solutions.

     Present findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentation decks.

     Document the project into systems and processes for management review.

ABOUTYOU

     Degree holder.

     At least 10 years of professional experience in Private Banking or consulting sector.

     Demonstrated experience leading Business Integration / Remediation / TOM projects within Private Banking.

     Good understanding of core business processes and products in the Private Banking industry.

     Excellent analytical skills with a curious mind.

     Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues.

     Capable of applying technology principles to business.
