About the Role:

• Organise, co-ordinate and control the FMC team, sub-contractors appointed by the Client and visiting subcontractors. Collate and manage all technical specifications, O&M documentation, drawings and compile all maintenance programs from all sub-contractor. Job Summary

You will work closely with the Operation Manager and Operation Executive to manage daily cleaning operations, plan future activities, and ensure efficient use of company resources. You will coordinate and supervise cleaning staff, maintain cleaning standards, and resolve client issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with the Operation Manager and Operation Executive to update on current tasks and assist in planning future cleaning activities
• Monitor and control the use of stock and equipment to ensure efficient resource management
• Inspect equipment regularly and arrange timely replacements to maintain operational readiness
• Support the Operations Manager, Operation Executive, and cleaning supervisors in executing cleaning operations
• Coordinate, schedule, train, and supervise cleaning site staff to maintain productivity and quality
• Inspect job sites to verify that cleaning standards are consistently met across all facilities
• Respond promptly to client complaints and resolve issues efficiently to maintain client satisfaction
• Ensure all cleaning tasks assigned to supervisors and cleaners are completed following Health & Safety requirements
• Perform hands-on cleaning or supervisory duties as needed to support the team
• Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by management

• Demonstrate the ability and competence to perform assigned responsibilities effectively
• Willingness to travel islandwide as required for job duties
• Basic computer literacy to support operational tasks

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Intern to support our social media and marketing efforts. If you enjoy brainstorming content ideas, designing posts, and turning engagement into real results, this role is for you.

You’ll work closely with our team to plan, execute, and analyze content across platforms like Instagram and TikTok, while supporting promotions and campaigns that drive bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Brainstorm and plan content ideas for Instagram & TikTok (Reels, posts, stories)

- Design social media posts

- Assist with filming and editing short-form videos

- Track and report content performance (reach, engagement, saves, etc.)

- Analyze what performs well and suggest improvements

- Brainstorm promotions, campaigns, and creative ideas to increase sales

- Stay updated on social media trends and adapt them for the brand

- Support ad hoc marketing tasks when needed.

Requirements

- Interest in marketing, content creation, or social media

- Basic understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends

- Creative, organized, and proactive

- Comfortable sharing ideas and thinking out of the box

- Basic Canva or video editing experience

- Comfortable appearing in front of the camera when required
