The Facilities Engineer’s role in smart buildings is to harness these technologies to ensure efficient, sustainable, and safe building operations.

We are hiring Electrical / Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer / Supervisor for chemical, petrochemical, process plant or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and support electrical, instrumentation and control system maintenance activities.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works.
• Maintain electrical equipment, motors, control panels, sensors, transmitters, instruments, PLC systems and plant automation equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and support production / plant operations to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance teams, contractors and vendors on maintenance works.
• Support equipment installation, testing, commissioning, modification and improvement projects.
• Ensure maintenance works are carried out according to safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Prepare maintenance records, service reports, inspection checklists and technical documentation.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Control Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in electrical / instrumentation maintenance within chemical, petrochemical, process plant, manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, control panels, motors, PLC, sensors or automation equipment.
• Able to troubleshoot electrical or instrumentation faults independently.
• Experience in plant maintenance, equipment installation, commissioning or contractor coordination will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, permit-to-work, risk assessment or ISO standards will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
• Candidates with supervisory experience may be considered for senior roles.
