JOB SUMMARY

Manufacturing Engineer (Support) will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing; integrated, production and service delivery systems that assure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control within the production site. We are seeking for a proactive and detail oriented person to join our team on a contract basis. This role will provide administrative and operational support to the Product Management teams, ensuring smooth execution of daily activities and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• To support division in maintaining the operational aspects of sales & marketing activities.
• Assist Team leader to consolidate the monthly budget plan with the respective key account managers for budget planning and approval.
• Timely verification & processing of external Sales & Marketing invoices for claims submission.
• Support NPI(New Product Introduction)Product Creation for Channel listing & pricing registration/ updates in system
• Handle NPI(New Product Introduction) Launch, island-wide promotion communication to Channel partners.
• Conduct regular competitor product benchmarking to support business growth
• Any other Ad Hoc duties

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
• 1~3 years of relevant experience in adminstrative support or marketing coordination.
• Proficient in MS office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Well-organized, Analytical and attentive to details
• Able to multi-task and immerse in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
