In this role, you will be a key partner to YouTube APAC Partnerships teams and leadership, helping them to bring our Creator, Emerging Experiences and Community (EMCO), and Shopping products to market, and a leader for creators, creator third-party providers and merchants helping to bring their feedback to product teams to ensure it meets the needs of all of our creators and partners.

• Own the product go-to-market (GTM) strategy in APAC for key verticals/products. Execute communication documents, lead experiments/trusted tester programs, and quarterly forecasting.
• Work seamlessly with Global Product Activation team and the APAC YouTube Partnerships team to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals, while also leading cross­-functional projects working with broad stakeholder set.
• Lead the launch of Creator, Emerging Experiences, Community and Shopping products in APAC markets. Drive operational excellence, including setting and tracking OKRs and driving annual business planning. 
• Gather market intelligence to develop data-led insights to inform business and product strategy and advocate for the region.
• Collaborate with global product, regional and country teams on pilots, program assessments, and cross-functional engagements to drive market growth and support business plan.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory.
• Experience working with executive management and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate in English and Hindi fluently in order to communicate in this partner-facing role.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience using SQL or data analytics tools to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Knowledge of the creator ecosystem or e-commerce operations, and the customer and engaging contexts in which they operate.
• Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, high energy, constantly evolving team environment, and be a self-initiator.

Job Description

The OSAT Account Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end operational management of OSAT partners for assembly and test activities.
The role ensures stable execution, delivery reliability, quality performance, and capacity availability across all assigned AESS semiconductor programs.

The OSAT Account Manager acts as the single operational interface to OSATs, while commercial negotiations and contracting are led by Purchasing.

This position owns purchase order execution, supplier performance steering, and cross‑functional alignment to secure smooth backend operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. OSAT Operational Account Ownership

• Own the day‑to‑day operational relationship with assigned OSAT partners.
• Act as the primary interface for execution, delivery, capacity, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate OSAT activities across multiple programs, packages, and sites.
• Lead regular operational reviews focusing on delivery, yield, quality, and risks.

2. Purchase Order & Demand Execution

• Create, manage, and release purchase orders (POs) in alignment with demand forecasts and program needs.
• Ensure PO correctness regarding volumes, dates, sites, and part numbers.
• Monitor PO fulfillment, backlog, and shipment status.
• Coordinate changes to POs (schedule, volume, site) in alignment with Program Management and Supply Chain.

3. Delivery, Capacity & Ramp‑Up Management

• Ensure on‑time delivery and sufficient OSAT capacity for prototypes, ramps, and volume production.
• Coordinate capacity planning, ramp‑ups, and peak volume scenarios.
• Identify potential capacity bottlenecks early and initiate mitigation actions.
• Support site transfers, dual sourcing, and contingency plans where required.

4. Supplier Performance & KPI Steering

• Monitor and steer OSAT operational KPIs, e.g.:

- On‑time delivery (OTD)
- Yield and scrap
- Cycle time and turnaround time
- Test stability and fallout trends

• Drive corrective actions together with OSAT operations and engineering teams.

• Escalate performance issues internally and externally in a structured manner.

5. Quality & Change Interface

• Work closely with Supplier Quality Management (SQM) on audits, qualifications, deviations, and 8D activities.
• Ensure proper execution of change management (process, material, site changes).
• Support automotive and industrial compliance requirements
  (e.g. IATF 16949, AEC‑Q, customer‑specific standards).

6. Cross‑Functional Coordination

• Interface closely with Program Managers (PM), Technical Project Managers (TPM), Operations, Logistics, and Quality.
• Support package and test decisions from an execution, risk, and capacity perspective.
• Ensure alignment between customer demand, internal planning, and OSAT execution.

7. Interface to Purchasing

• Act as the operational counterpart to Purchasing for OSAT topics.
• Provide input for price discussions, cost transparency, and supplier assessments (without leading negotiations).
• Support implementation of negotiated agreements into operational execution and PO processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration, or comparable.
• 5+ years experience in semiconductor backend operations, OSAT management, or supplier operations.
• Solid understanding of assembly & test processes, automotive/industrial requirements, and production flows.
• Experience with PO management and operational supplier control.
• Experience in a fabless semiconductor or automotive environment is a strong advantage.

The Product Manager is responsible for

• Build strategic relationship and meet vendor given quota & achieve profit target
• Assist Channel Sales and BDMs to position product offerings and manage customers requirement/expectation
• Deliver Internal and External Channel Enablement i.e. Conduct regular Product Update/ Promo/Events/ Training etc
• Work with internal system team to ensure product pricing is up-to-date, latest vendor processes update.
• Assist Internal on issues with vendor, operation, pre/post and tools related matters.
• Submit timely and accurate weekly report to vendors and superior Assist BDM/Channel to visit targeted focus partners or end users to enhance product mind share and development.
• Plan with vendor/internal to come out with promo/training/event for each vendor.
• Quarterly marketing planning and business review with vendors 
• Plan on product growth on yearly or special project basis 
• To work closely with internal team Channels, Marketing, Operation and Finance to ensure smooth process/operation.
• Analyze QTD/YTD numbers, marketing/programs result against metric/MBO given by Management and Vendors.
• Familiar and ability to utilize tools provided by internal and vendor
• Manage and work with operation team/purchaser on inventory stocking on a weekly basis for healthy inventory availability at all times.
• Attend and undertake any other job duties as and when assigned by Superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Possess at least a tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related discipline from a recognized institution. 

• Have at least 2 years of related working experience in the networking, security or unified communication solutions industry.
