Reporting to the Head of Loyalty & PMTO, this leadership role sits at the intersection of strategy, planning, and project execution. Roles & Responsibilities

This entry-level position supports the Fuel Department across fuel operations, data analysis, and digital initiatives, while providing exposure to marine fuel strategy and sustainability developments.

1. Fuel Operations Support

Contract-2 Years
Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all contract-related matters between the contractor and the team
• Plan, monitor, and govern all O&M activities including platform maintenance, upgrades, patch management, security remediation, and service request delivery.
• Chair and attend regular governance meetings with  PSC; prepare and circulate meeting minutes within 3 working days.
• Produce monthly progress reports covering: resource utilisation, SLA performance, incident tracking, SR status, storage and performance metrics, and audit readiness.
• Manage the full SR lifecycle – from receipt, quotation(within 3 working days for Normal; 1 working day for Urgent), to production implementation – in compliance with  SR classification and completion SLAs.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT infrastructure or software O&M projects.
• Demonstrated experience as SPOC / PM on a government or large enterprise project – responsible for stakeholder governance, SLA management, and monthly reporting.
• Familiarity with UiPath or RPA platform environments sufficient to manage technical teams and communicate effectively with  PSC.

What will you do?

• Lead projects for transforming legacy systems into modern internet-facing applications, including mother tongue language appeals platforms and knowledge management systems. Manage development timelines, resource allocation, and quality assurance processes whilst ensuring compliance with government security standards and data governance requirements.

Risk Management and Quality Assurance

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Establish quality gates and acceptance criteria for deliverables, ensuring solutions meet user requirements and performance standards. Develop contingency plans for critical project dependencies and potential disruptions.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

• Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. Facilitate regular project meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Ensure clear communication of project progress, issues, and decisions to all relevant parties.

Budget and Resource Management

• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditure against approved allocations. Optimise resource utilisation across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring efficient allocation of team members and vendor resources. Monitor project financials and provide regular budget reporting.

Change Management and Training

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with demonstrated success in delivering complex technology transformation projects
• Proven experience managing CRM system implementations and migrations, preferably in government or public sector environments
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
• Experience with website development projects and internet-facing application delivery
• Demonstrated expertise in managing vendor relationships and procurement processes
• Understanding of AI implementation projects and proof-of-concept management
• Knowledge of government data governance, security protocols, and compliance requirements
• Experience with change management and user adoption strategies for technology transformations

Responsibilities

Product Knowledge & Strategy

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the hotel to ensure revenue and room night sales goals are achieved, sales and marketing strategies are set, tactical plans are created and implemented, and results are monitored and achieved.

Financial returns:

• Analyse current and potential markets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate
• Procure new and repeat business for the hotel by monitoring contact with travel agencies and corporate clients, within local and international companies.
