• Leadership role in project planning, scheduling, and execution for semiconductor plant projects and piping works.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, encompassing scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance, direction, and technical expertise.
• Apply extensive knowledge of semiconductor plant construction, piping systems, and construction management to ensure projects align with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to review and approve design specifications, ensuring they meet client requirements and safety standards.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, emphasizing safety, quality, and adherence to project plans.
• Foster effective communication and coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure project deliverables surpass client expectations.
• Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and proposals for new projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact throughout project lifecycles.
• Address client concerns, provide regular project updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
Job Requirement
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Bulk Gas / Specialty Gas
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management/ Engineering or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret site blueprint and 2D/3D drawings with detailed understanding
- Strong Communication Skill is required
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
- As current project, candidate will be based at Tampines project site for at least 2 years.
- Able to read, speak and write in English and Chinese is required to prepare operational status reports for both local and regional teams.
