We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects across technology and operations. The role will involve managing project scope, timelines, stakeholders, governance, risks, and financials while ensuring successful project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients through multiple channels and grow revenue for our commercial system software and workforce solutions.
• Lead client discovery sessions to understand business needs, operational challenges, and workforce requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Support Manager in day-to-day cluster operations and SLA achievement

• Directly supervise ground operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and service standards

• Assist in rostering, deployment, and manpower adjustments based on operational needs

• Monitor ground performance and provide coaching to team members

• Report operational issues, risks, and incidents promptly to the Manager

• Conduct on-site checks to ensure compliance with engagement procedures

• Support in training coordination and onboarding of new staff
