Our client is a super growth Singapore-based AI firm ( US listed) ,they are looking for an PR/Communication expert to join in their Singapore office.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the company's overall PR strategy, covering media relations, brand communications, and industry presence – with a focus on strengthening global brand image and raising awareness in key international markets.
- Act as a company spokesperson and own the full media relations process, including outreach, press release development and distribution, interview coordination, and on‑the‑ground event execution. Also manage official social media channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, etc.) – handling content planning, copywriting, posting schedules, and performance tracking to ensure consistent brand messaging and strong user engagement.
- Define and execute PR and social content strategies across company announcements, product launches, executive communications, crisis responses, and deeper industry content – all aligned with business priorities. Monitor public opinion and media coverage, run sentiment analysis, proactively flag reputational risks, and develop crisis communication plans to protect the company's brand.
- Actively seek out B2B partnerships and build strategic relationships with technology platforms, ecosystem players, and commercial partners to support long‑term growth. Manage the full partnership lifecycle, including evaluation, negotiation, procurement coordination, and ongoing support – ensuring strategic alignment, commercial viability, and compliance with internal policies.
- Support cross‑regional and cross‑functional collaboration initiatives. Partner closely with product, growth, legal, and regional teams to align goals, improve execution efficiency, and integrate resources effectively.
- Keep a close eye on industry trends, media landscape shifts, and competitor activities. Translate insights into actionable recommendations that inform PR strategy, social media content, and external positioning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher – preferably in PR, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Overseas education or work experience is a plus.
- 5 - 8yrs+ of experience wanted and at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Regional or global PR, external partnerships, business development, strategic procurement, or similar areas. Experience in tech or B2B environments is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese are wanted to liaise with global stakeholders. And comfortable independently handling business negotiations, document drafting, public speaking, and other professional tasks.
- Strong communicator and collaborator – able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid project management and multitasking skills – capable of juggling multiple complex projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with business acumen – able to turn partnerships into tangible business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of cross‑cultural work environments and the ability to adapt to them.
