This role is based in Four Seasons APAC Corporate Office in Singapore, reporting to the Global Corporate Senior Director, Engineering Performance.

Summary:

The Area Director of Engineering Performance (ADEP) – APAC is a regional performance leadership role responsible for driving measurable outcomes in engineering, finance, asset reliability, and ESG across the APAC portfolio.

The role provides oversight, direction, and support for properties within the respective region. Working closely with the local property teams, the ADEP delivers on the established engineering, operational, and functional requirements and ESG goals.

The ADEP supports the Corporate Senior Director of Engineering Performance and the ESG team in developing engineering policies, procedures, and best practices, implementing new standards tailored to the specific region, managing and deploying new pilot initiatives, and providing guidance and oversight on residential reserve studies.

Professional Qualifications:

• Licensed/Registered Professional status preferred (i.e., P. Eng., etc).
• LEED certification is beneficial.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field required.

Experience:   

• Minimum eight (8) years of progressive engineering leadership experience, including multi-property oversight within APAC.
• Director of Engineering experience within hospitality or mixed-use developments.
• Experience driving measurable Energy, Utility %, and Repairs and Maintenance (R+M) performance.
• Experience validating return on investment (ROI) for CAPEX and Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs).
• Experience with capital planning and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with ESG or decarbonization implementation exposure.
• Experience mentoring senior engineering leaders.
• Experience working within a union and/or complex labour environments.
• Experience working across diverse regulatory environments in APAC

Travel:

• High level of travel expected with the ability to travel overnight, for extended periods and work remotely.

• Working Hours - Mon - Thurs: 9.30am- 7pm, Fri: 9.30am- 6.30pm
• Monthly Salary - $3100
• Govt Agency, 11 months contract

Job Scope:

• Plan and coordinate exhibition tours, including scheduling and liaising with docents and volunteers to ensure smooth operations
• Conceptualise, develop, and execute digital and on-site programmes to engage diverse audience segments and promote Singapore content and reading initiatives
• Develop and implement outreach strategies to grow audience awareness and participation in exhibitions, and programmes
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on end-to-end programme delivery, including content curation, event management, publicity, research, and collateral development
• Provide administrative and operational support for programme planning and execution

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in a relevant field
• Relevant experience in project management, programme development, community engagement, or related fields
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills
