This role partners with Payments, Technology, Architecture, Compliance, and Treasury teams to deliver a secure, regulated, production grade tokenised deposit infrastructure that supports domestic and cross border settlement use cases.

1. Tokenised Deposits Platform Analysis & Solution Design
• Lead end to end functional analysis for Clients tokenised deposit platform including:
o Token issuance, minting, and burning

o Redemption and conversion back to traditional deposits

Role : Application Analyst/Developer (Python with Banking or Finance)

Essential Key Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Banking OR Finance Institution.
• Uses Python and Unix/Linux shell scripting for data processing, automation, utilities, and system integration tasks.
• Experienced developer with strong capability in handling large data volumes and building system integrations and interfaces.
• Assigned to specific projects and responsible for end‑to‑end application delivery, including development, testing, implementation, and post‑deployment support.
• Acts as the technical owner (ADM) for assigned initiatives, managing all technical aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Performs hands‑on development, including coding, scripting, and automation, and supports new system builds and interfaces where required.
• Provides technical and environment support during SIT, UAT, and production cutover.
• Develops and troubleshoots SQL solutions, including queries, procedures, performance tuning, and data issue resolution.
• Designs, schedules, and supports batch processing using Control‑M, including job monitoring and failure recovery.
• Performs technical troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis across applications, databases, batch jobs, and integrations.
• Works closely with senior developers and architects to deliver solutions that meet security, regulatory, and architectural standards.
• Ensures proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and smooth handover to production and support teams.

Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive data transformation and enable trusted, data-driven decision-making across the APAC region.

In this role, you will lead the development of scalable data solutions using modern data platforms and BI tools, while leveraging AI-driven insights (e.g., Copilot, forecasting, anomaly detection) to support business outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure data is reliable, accessible, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

Drive AI-Enabled Insights

• Develop and deploy AI-driven use cases such as forecasting, anomaly detection, and KPI insights

• Enable natural language querying and self-service analytics for business users

• Support adoption of AI-powered tools for decision-making

Build Scalable Data Solutions

• Design and optimize data pipelines using modern data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric / Azure)

• Develop data models and interactive dashboards using Power BI

• Standardize data architecture and reporting frameworks across regions

Strengthen Data Governance

• Implement data governance and lineage solutions (e.g., Microsoft Purview)

• Define data ownership and ensure consistency of KPIs

• Improve data quality, transparency, and compliance

Business Partnership

• Translate business requirements into data and AI solutions

• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across functions

• Drive adoption of data-driven practices and tools

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data platform roles

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and data modeling

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric / Azure Data Platform is preferred

• Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or similar) is a plus

• Experience in data governance tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview) is advantageous

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• 10+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in banking/financial services or fintech.

• Experience in Digital Assets / Blockchain domain with exposure to at least one of the following: Stablecoins, Tokenized Deposits, Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC), Cryptocurrencies (e.g., Bitcoin)
• Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, and functional design.
• Hands-on experience working with APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC / Agile methodologies.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
