Responsibilities

• Monitor user ratings and written feedback from Apple App Store, Google Play Store, in-app surveys, customer support systems, and user comments to gather comprehensive user insights

About the Role

What You Will Do

Data Collation and Analysis:

• Design and implement data collection methodologies and process to collate relevant data from multiple sources and ensure sanity check.

Reporting and Visualisation:

• Create dashboards, reports and visualisations that effectively communicate data-driven insights to various stakeholders.

Business Insights and Strategy:

What You Need to Be Successful

• Bachelor’s Degree in eCommerce/Digital analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
• 2 or more years working experience in data analytics.
• Strong understanding of data mining, analysis and data visualisation.

• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex info to non-technical audiences

• Gather and define technical, operational and user requirements, assisting with the conceptual of architecture and technical solutions design that are efficient, resilient, scalable, secure and reusable.
• Develop, configure and implement automation solutions or programs, scripts and objects on various platforms that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand in accordance with SimplifyNext's best practices and code standards.
• Identify or support the creation of all appropriate use cases/process scenarios and their expected outcomes that will be used during the delivery lifecycle for the process.
• Conduct user accepting testing and rollout phases with Process SMEs from the businesses and ensuring that solution has fulfilled the requirements.
• Provide support to the businesses in the post-implementation phase and support existing automations and implement change requirements.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma - preferably in Computer Engineering
• Excellent communications and inter-personal skills, and passion to deliver quality work
• Ability to analyse, design, develop, implement and maintain application code.
• Strong logical approach and problem-solving skills
• Quick learner that is passionate about technology
• Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply

Eligibility Criteria for IMDA-CLT Program

Trainees eligible for the CLT must minimally be:

• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR).
• Able to commit to completing the full training program.
• Able to meet the hiring requirements of the companies.

Conditions of Applications for IMDA-CLT Program

• While an applicant may meet the eligibility criteria, all applicants are subjected to the company’s review for suitability with its hiring requirements, and may not be automatically shortlisted for interview.
• Only shortlisted applicants will be notified by the company directly.
• Companies may hire eligible applicants on a first-come-first-serve basis before any closing date.
• Companies may close their applications when all the jobs offered by the participating companies have been filled.
• Companies’ hiring decision is final and are not obliged to offer explanation or appeals on their hiring decision.
