Manage day to day Halal certified restaurant operation;
- Food preparation following food and personal hygiene
- Ingredients stock take and ordering
- Set achievable Sales targets
- Prepare and execute marketing activities
- Manage Customer service/complaints
- Ensure restaurant's compliance to SOP
- Manage restaurant’s profit and loss
Candidate shall
- Have at least 2 year similar experience
- Be willing to work nightshifts
- Be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Be willing to travel within Singapore
- Be excellent in communication and customer service skills
- Be a team player
