We are looking for passionate tutors who are keen to work with students and help them in their school curriculum. Our centre is focused on customised learning and the tutor needs to be able to adapt their teaching to different learning styles.

Details

• 5.5 Days work week (1 Weekend inclusive)
• Weekday Timing: 1300 - 2130 Hrs
• Weekend Timing: 0930 - 1700 Hrs

Job Scope

• Review student’s curriculum and syllabus and answer their doubts regarding those topics.
• Assist the students in the understanding of key concepts being taught in school.
• Guide them in tests and exams preparations.
• Provide students with corrective feedbacks.
• Develop new learning materials for the centre’s distribution to our students.
• Assist in the centre's operations in other matters.
• Contribute to the learning programmes offered by the centre.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• To assist the operation manager on daily sales and order processing as well as to work closely with the operation manager on all project and/or budgetary enquiries
• Ensures that all urgent correspondence and enquiries to be carried out efficiently and report to operation manager if and when necessary
• You are also responsible to resolve minor issues of a non-technical nature and to report major issues to operation manager for a solution
• Compile an updated file for pricing from local and overseas vendors for submission to the operation on a monthly basis

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for day-to-day sales operation including preparing of sales enquiries up to execution of order
• Good filing system in hard and soft copies for all enquiries up to completion of order
• Preparation of enquiries from cost sheet to recommendation for purchase of project enquiries
• To identify new supply source to add to company’s supplier’s database
• Ad-hoc data entry

Job Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Assist the management with daily operational matters
• Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team cohesiveness
• Ensure staff adhere to company SOP
• Support the daily operation in collaboration with the managers, assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation etc.
• Plan routine cleaning of the outlet
• Routine inventory stock checking
• Maintain Food Hygiene and Safety Standards
• Execution of maintenance schedule for equipment and perform routine inspections
• Able to resolve any service disruptions or customer complaints
• Able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible for the preparation work of outlet opening and closing during operation hours

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
• At least a Certificate in Food & Beverage service
• Great communication skills
• Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays

Customer Program Executive (EMS / Semiconductor)

• Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8.50am to 5.30pm)
• Working Location: Kim Chuan Dr [Nearest MRT:  Tai Seng]
• Salary: $3,500 - $4,000

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationship, driving revenue growth
• Manage customer RFQ - Costing and sales strategies for submission.
• Project management from RFQ to Mass production
• Liaise and organizing with customer and internal department on project activities.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Communications & Content Management

• Prepare, edit, and format internal communication materials including presentations, announcements, newsletters, and governance updates.
• Maintain and update content on internal communication platforms and intranet portals.
• Support the creation and distribution of email communications and release updates.
• Perform quality reviews to ensure communications are accurate, consistent, and aligned with internal standards and branding guidelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather content and ensure timely publication of communications.

Administrative & Team Coordination

• Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and logistics for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate governance meetings, workshops, and team events, including preparation of meeting materials and documentation.
• Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain team documentation, contact lists, and communication records.

Finance & Operations Support

• Process invoices, purchase requests, and payment-related activities in accordance with internal procedures.

• Coordinate with Finance teams to resolve payment or reconciliation issues.
• Ensure compliance with procurement, governance, and audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and supporting records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• 0–2 years of experience in communications, administration, operations support, project coordination, or finance administration.
• Exposure to banking, wealth management, financial services, or other regulated industries is good to have.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience creating presentations and managing internal communication materials.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, content management systems (CMS), or intranet platforms is good to have.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
