To monitor and maintain the networks, application software and hardware systems in the company; providing technical support to local and overseas staff via remote or in person and proposing cost-saving solutions to meet the needs.

Duties and responsibilities

Providing first-level helpdesk and end-user support.

·               Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and handheld scanners.

Qualifications

• 11+ years technology industry, customer service, or related experience 
• OR Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, or related field AND 6+ years technology industry, customer service, or related experience 
• OR Master's Degree in technology, business, or related field AND 4+ years technology industry, customer service, or related experience 
• OR equivalent experience. 
• Crisis Management and C-Suite proven communication capabilities 
• Cloud Technology Certification (Azure Fundamentals. M365 Fundamentals).

• 16+ years technology industry, customer service, or related experience 
• OR Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, or related field AND 9+ years technology industry, customer service, or related experience

Responsibilities:

• To attend to machine breakdown and equipment failure and repair them.

• To assist in support the service operation.

• To maintain housekeeping for facilities and maintain workshop area.

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma in Electrical / Electronic/ Control / CommunicationEngineering or related.

• Basic computer knowledge

• Able to read, write and communicate in English

• 1-3 years’ experience working in manufacturing environment. Fresh polygraduates may also apply.

• Experience with PLC and electrical/electronic control system

• Class 3 driving license.

Job Description:

• Support the Discipline Team in managing students’ behaviour and maintaining school discipline on a daily basis
• Assist in conducting home visits and follow-up communications with parents alongside school personnel
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the in-house detention centre
• Patrol school premises to ensure a safe, orderly, and disciplined environment
• Participate in case management for at-risk students, including monitoring and support
• Conduct investigations on disciplinary cases and prepare detailed reports
• Carry out spot checks on students’ grooming and appearance standards
• Provide support during school events and activities to maintain discipline and order
• Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned
