Supervise and coach all FOH service staff, including catering executives, supervisors, and part-time assistants

Conduct daily pre-shift briefings, service standards check, and floor walk-throughs

Own the dining experience: ambiance, cleanliness, queue management, guest flow, and service timing

Manage staffing schedules and deployment across counters, serveries, and catered function setups

Overview
As a CSM, you will develop long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and IT stakeholders, developing an understanding of their business requirements and goals, and how they are using NetSuite. Summary:

The Manager, EIPIC will lead a transdisciplinary team in managing the SPD EIPIC Centre. You will coordinate the implementation of the ECHO framework and streamline processes across the Early Intervention Continuum, working closely with professional heads such as the Head of Teaching and Head of Allied Health. You will develop strategic plans to enhance caregiver engagement and oversee initiatives and collaborations with mainstream preschools and community organisations in the vicinity of the centre.

Operations and Administration

Assistant Centre Manager / Centre Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Delivery & Operational Excellence

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across all managed services (Cloud, Network, Systems, Security, and Applications).
• Ensure strict adherence to defined SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs, driving accountability and data-driven performance reviews.

7. Strategic Service Improvement & Transformation

• Lead service transformation initiatives, aligning operations to cloud-native and automation-first models.
• Collaborate with solution architects and PMO to ensure smooth service transition and continual improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in service delivery, operations, or IT service management, with at least 3 years in a cloud or managed services environment.
• Proven experience managing multi-agency or multi-customer clusters with shared operational teams

Technical Expertise:

• Strong understanding of AWS / Azure / GCP environments and their operational frameworks.

We are representing a client seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of commercial IT projects, from presales engagement through implementation and transition to support.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing IT projects involving infrastructure, enterprise applications, cloud, networks, or cybersecurity solutions.
