Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Admin & Logistics Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily office operations and coordinating logistics activities to meet our operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Handle general office tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with freight forwarders and transporters for timely delivery and shipment tracking.
Documentation: Prepare and process shipping documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Delivery Orders, etc.).
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in regular inventory cycle counts.
Communication: Act as a point of contact between the warehouse team, sales department, and external vendors.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist in any other administrative duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
At least 1–2 years of experience in admin or logistics coordination.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
