Requirements

• 12+ years’ experience in corporate or investment banking, with exposure to ASEAN markets; familiarity with real assets, TMT, or infrastructure is advantageous.
• Strong relationships with senior corporate stakeholders and a proven ability to originate and execute complex regional transactions.
• Solid credit, structuring, and financial analysis capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

This is a high-impact leadership role driving data integrity governance and GxP computerized systems oversight across R&D, Pharmacovigilance, and Medical Affairs on a regional and global scale.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Data Integrity strategy, partnering with senior stakeholders across QA, IT, and R&D to ensure robust compliance, inspection readiness, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of global Data Integrity strategy across APAC

• 10–15 years’ experience in QA, CSV, or IT compliance within pharma/biotech
• Strong expertise in data integrity & GxP systems governance
• Proven track record in audit/inspection leadership and CAPA oversight
• Experience working in global, matrixed environments
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
• Fluency in English and the ability to communicate in Mandarin (for stakeholder management) will be an added advantage
