Waste Water Treatment Executive:
This role ensures that all treated effluent meets environmental standards while maintaining safe, hygienic, and compliant operations in line with regulatory and food safety requirements.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) / Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) on a daily basis.
Ensure treated effluent meets local pollution control board / environmental authority standards.
Monitor and record key parameters such as pH, BOD, COD, TSS, oil & grease.
Handle biological, chemical, and physical treatment processes.
Maintain proper dosing of chemicals and biological cultures.
Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance of pumps, blowers, aerators, filters, and pipelines.
Maintain logs, reports, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and Environment/Health/Safety teams.
Manage sludge handling, dewatering, storage, and disposal as per regulations.
Assist during environmental audits, inspections, and statutory reporting.
Ensure safety, hygiene, and GMP compliance within the treatment area.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
DOE recognized Competent Person Certification such as IETS (Industrial Effluent Treatment System) Biological & Physical Chemical Process (BP & PCP) or similar is highly preferred.
2+ years of experience in wastewater treatment.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations related to water and wastewater management.
Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes (physical, chemical, and biological).
Understanding of environmental regulations and discharge standards.

Machinery You’ll Work With:
The production line includes machines for defrosting, slicing, mincing, cooking, and packaging food products. These machines ensure efficient processing, uniform quality, and hygienic packaging for products such as bakkwa, mooncakes, cookies, floss, and raw meat.

Bertanggungjawab untuk mencipta reka bentuk statik + kandungan video berkualiti tinggi yang selaras dengan garis panduan jenama dan memacu hasil pemasaran merentasi media sosial, iklan, laman web, WhatsApp/e-mel dan acara.
Tanggungjawab Teras
1) Reka Bentuk Grafik (Statik & Digital)
Reka bentuk aset media sosial: karusel, siaran, cerita, muka depan sorotan, lakaran kecil
Reka bentuk kreatif iklan berbayar (Meta/TikTok/Google): konsep, variasi, saiz semula, versi A/B
Reka bentuk jenama cagaran: poster, risalah, sepanduk, pameran, brosur, label pembungkusan (jika perlu)
Sediakan karya seni akhir untuk cetakan dan digital (saiz, bleed, format eksport yang betul)
2) Videografi & Penerbitan Kandungan
Rancang dan rakam kandungan video: produk, gaya hidup, talking-head, testimoni, acara, di sebalik tabir
Sediakan pencahayaan/audio asas untuk rakaman yang bersih dan profesional
Rakam kandungan b-roll dan kandungan menegak bentuk pendek secara konsisten (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
3) Penyuntingan Video & Pasca Produksi
Edit video pendek: hook, pacing, kapsyen, cutdown, peralihan, teks pada skrin
Hasilkan suntingan bentuk panjang apabila diperlukan: webinar, temu bual, ringkasan acara
Tambah grafik gerakan: tajuk animasi, pertiga bahagian bawah, sari kata, petak bual, kesan ringkas
Eksport dalam spesifikasi yang betul untuk setiap platform (9:16, 1:1, 16:9; zon selamat; pengoptimuman saiz fail)
4) Sokongan Pelaksanaan Kreatif (Pemasaran)
Terjemahkan ringkasan kempen kepada konsep kreatif + hasil kerja
Hasilkan pelbagai sudut/versi kreatif untuk ujian (terutamanya untuk iklan)
Mengekalkan saluran kandungan: menyampaikan aset mingguan/bulanan berdasarkan kalendar kandungan
Berkoordinasi dengan pasukan pemasaran tentang pemulihan, keutamaan dan tarikh akhir
5) Ketekalan Jenama & Pengurusan Aset
Mengekalkan piawaian visual jenama: fon, warna, gaya, ton, templat
Susun fail secara sistematik (folder, konvensyen penamaan, arkib projek)
Bina dan selenggara templat yang boleh digunakan semula untuk pelaksanaan yang lebih pantas

10–20 siaran statik seminggu (atau mengikut pelan kandungan)
5–10 video pendek setiap minggu (Reels/TikTok)
3–8 variasi kreatif iklan setiap kempen
Visual utama kempen bulanan + set saiz semula

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and highly organized IP, Podcast & Content Creator to join our team. This role sits at the heart of our brand — responsible for bringing our intellectual property to life across multiple content platforms, building our audience, and establishing our voice as a leading authority in our space.
This is not just a content production role. You will be a strategic partner in shaping how our ideas are packaged, distributed, and monetized — from podcast episodes and social media to long-form written content and video.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PODCAST PRODUCTION & EDITING
Plan, produce, and edit weekly (or bi-weekly) podcast episodes from recording to final publish
Manage guest outreach, scheduling, pre-interview research, and run-of-show documents
Handle all audio/video editing, intro/outro production, music, sound design, and quality control
Distribute episodes across all major platforms (Spotify, Apple, YouTube, etc.) with optimized titles, descriptions, and show notes
Track podcast analytics and provide monthly performance reports with growth recommendations
SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT
Develop and execute a social media content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube
Repurpose podcast episodes and long-form content into short-form clips, reels, carousels, and audiograms
Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls to action optimized for each platform
Manage content scheduling using tools such as Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite
Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and grow community in alignment with brand voice
WRITTEN CONTENT & BLOGS
Write high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, and thought leadership pieces based on our IP and podcast content
Draft email newsletters, lead magnets, and digital downloads that extend our content ecosystem
Maintain a consistent editorial calendar, managing deadlines and content batching
Collaborate with the founder to convert ideas, frameworks, and methodologies into written IP assets
VIDEO CONTENT
Edit long-form and short-form video content for YouTube and social platforms
Create reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts by clipping key moments from podcast recordings and other footage
Design basic motion graphics, lower thirds, and branded overlays using tools like CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe Premiere
Ensure all video content is on-brand, captioned, and platform-optimized
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP) SUPPORT
Assist in the development and packaging of IP into digital products, courses, frameworks, or books
Maintain an organized content library and IP asset vault for all produced materials
Support the creation of presentation decks, media kits, and brand documents
Uphold brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity across all content outputs
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Required:
2+ years of experience in content creation, podcast production, or a related media role
Proven portfolio demonstrating podcast editing, video editing, and written content across multiple formats
Proficiency in audio editing software (Adobe Audition, GarageBand, Descript, or equivalent)
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
Strong writing skills with an ability to adapt tone and style to match brand voice
Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content best practices
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred:
Experience working with a personal brand, thought leader, or entrepreneur
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (ConvertKit, Mailchimp, Kajabi, or similar)
Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Suite
Understanding of SEO principles for written and video content
Experience with podcast hosting platforms (Buzzsprout, Podbean, Libsyn, Riverside.fm, etc.)

The Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services for daily F&B operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality standards, controlling costs, and ensuring consistent supply across outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers for food, beverages, and operational supplies
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with vendors
- Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely manner
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operations to forecast demand
- Ensure all purchased items meet quality and compliance standards
- Track deliveries and resolve any supply or quality issues
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier database

Requirements
