The Senior Technical Manager leads technical operations and manages the technical department to deliver engineering and planning services for tender and support, overseeing all data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage permanent and temporary works design and optimize designs by directing appointed consultants to deliver projects within budget
• Coordinate design matters and submissions by liaising with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure compliance and timely approvals
• Oversee shop drawing submissions, plan and control design schedules, and monitor progress to meet project timelines
• Collaborate with construction and other project departments to fulfill design requirements and resolve technical issues
• Address technical queries and submit Requests for Approval/Information (RFA/I) to clarify ambiguous design details with relevant parties
• Review technical specifications and proposals from consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to develop procurement specifications
• Enforce adherence to workplace safety practices throughout all technical operations
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective client-facing skills and strong people orientation
• Develop and deliver clear, targeted communication to diverse audiences to support project objectives
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve high performance and ensure timely, efficient, and effective implementation of project plans.

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university endorsed by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience delivering large-scale projects

With ongoing project expansion and increasing adoption of digital construction practices, they are seeking an Assistant Manager (BIM Technology & Digitalization) to support BIM implementation and digital engineering initiatives across project teams. They are located in the (North) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee BIM implementation for infrastructure and construction projects in accordance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project digital delivery requirements.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models covering civil, structural, architectural, and M&E trades.

• Perform model coordination and clash detection using BIM platforms to identify design conflicts.

• Conduct technical drawing screening and model verification against engineering specifications.

• Implement digital construction workflows including 4D planning and model-based documentation.

• Support integration of M&E trade coordination within BIM environments.

• Maintain BIM templates, object libraries, and project modelling standards.

• Facilitate BIM coordination with consultants, contractors, and project teams through a Common Data Environment (CDE) platform.

• Support temporary works modelling and structural propping arrangements within digital construction models.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or M&E Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of manager in BIM technology or digital engineering experience within construction or infrastructure projects.

• Experience supervising or guiding BIM engineers and modelling teams.

• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination tools.

• Must be strong with BIM execution planning, digital construction workflows, and project model coordination.

• Exposure to M&E trade modelling and construction drawing review.

We are looking for high energy, self-motivated, result driven individual for NAND Process Development Films Senior/Principal Lead Engineer role.  The individual will lead a team of exceptional engineers to identify, prioritize and drive process solutions to deliver within schedule for yield, reliability and cost gaps for NAND technology nodes in different stages of technology introduction and development.

Responsibilities:

Requirements :

• At least 5 yrs experience in the semiconductor industry with CVD/Diffusion background and strong organizational and technical skills with demonstrated success in engagement with worldwide teams.

Key Duties

• Lead and manage Design / Coordination Engineers on drawing coordination and design compliance
• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to meet authority regulations and project specifications
• Act as primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities on technical matters
• Oversee preparation and submission of shop drawings, material approvals, and method statements
• Manage and track submissions to local authorities to ensure timely approvals
• Resolve design and technical issues during construction with Architectural and M&E teams
• Raise and manage RFIs (Requests for Information) and RFAs (Requests for Approval) for design clarifications
• Drive value engineering initiatives to improve cost, safety, constructability, and quality

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Construction or Engineering Consultancy
• Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, authority regulations, and construction methodologies
• Experience in technical coordination, design management, and authority submissions
• Independent, analytical, and highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills
• Team leadership experience preferred
• Certification in Design for Safety for Professionals is an advantage
