Requirements

• Programming experience in SECS/GEM communications or machine vision applications.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to:

· Leading mechanical services (HVAC) design for building projects

· Assume responsibility and undertake engineering tasks of increasing scope and complexity

· Responsible for analysis of information, production of design, tenders, proposals and technical report writing

· Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants

· In charge of jobs control, planning, monitoring, progress and job cost reporting

· Communicate effectively with the client, sub-consultants, contractors, and other parties relevant to the job

· Assist in assessment and review of designs prepared by others on behalf of the clients

· Liaise with authorities on plans submission and compliance

Key Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferably recognised by Singapore PEB
• At least 5 years experiences in consulting firm
• Leading roles experience in ventilation & air-conditioning (HVAC, Plumbing & Drainage) design & design management of commercial, healthcare or school projects.
• Competent user of relevant engineering software, Building Information Modelling and Navisworks
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
• Able to work independently & exercise initiative

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Sound understanding of TypeScript and experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Docker, Elasticsearch, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Understanding of system design, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD tools, or infrastructure-as-code is a plus.
