Job Holder is primarily responsible for delivering credit support solutions to the Corporate Banking coverage team. Specifically, assist line manager / unit in the core deliverables of Client Credit Management by:

·      Creating credit spreads and calculations on financial statements and related information for new to bank and existing clients using relevant systems and software.

·      Performing comprehensive analysis of new credit requests, credit change requests, renewals and annual reviews in co-ordination with the Senior Relationship Manager in the Front Office.

Role Overview

We are looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented Product Analyst to support our payments product team. You will help execute the product roadmap, translate business needs into clear requirements for engineering and IT teams, and work with operations, risk, legal, and compliance to test and roll out products. You will also track industry trends to spot new opportunities. The ideal candidate is a structured problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, picks up new domains quickly, and is professionally bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, with a genuine interest in payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the go-to-market strategy
• Follow the product roadmap and weigh the cost of adjustments with changes in business imperatives
• Be the interface between business and technology, translate business needs and concepts to IT managers and developers, and manage business expectations in accordance to technological constraints
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, risk, legal and compliance to build, test and roll out products that deliver value to the business. Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact
• Monitor the progress of the product from design to launch, and manage the project schedule, manpower resources and budget to ensure that project requirements, milestones and deliverables are met
• Create high-level test cases and detailed scripts within those test cases to allow effective systems testing
• Write detailed product requirements documents and user story
• Perform system verification and sign off
• Conduct market analysis and identify potential business opportunities based on industry and competitive trends
• Assist changes to product portfolio to improve competitive position and optimise product performance

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Computer Science/Engineering or a related discipline
• Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) — required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking business and technology stakeholders across the organisation
• A highly collaborative individual who thrives in hands-on, fast-paced environments and can work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire new domain knowledge and apply it effectively across product or project contexts
• Strong project management and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and execute across multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience bridging communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Proactive, self-driven work ethic with a track record of identifying gaps and taking initiative beyond assigned responsibilities
• Relevant experience or exposure to payment solutions (e.g. e-wallets, cards, remittance, or cryptocurrencies) within financial services, payments, fintech, or related technology environments; genuine interest in the payments domain
