The Production Planning team at Seagate Singapore (W1) plays a critical role in orchestrating smooth factory operations by ensuring aligned production schedules, optimized capacity usage, accurate material planning, and timely delivery performance. The team partners closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, IE, and Customer Operations to support both daily build execution and long term planning.

About the role - you will:

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer requirements, inventory targets, and factory capacity constraints.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure readiness of materials, tools, and resources for smooth execution.
• Analyze production demand, output trends, equipment availability, and WIP status to recommend adjustments.
• Perform capacity planning and scenario analysis to support ramp plans, NPI builds, and recovery actions.
• Monitor daily build performance, identify risks, and drive cross functional issue resolution.
• Align build priorities with global planning teams, customer operations, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate planning data in MES/ERP systems and ensure compliance with planning processes.
• Support production meetings, escalation communication, and weekly/monthly planning reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, cycle time stability, and material flow.

Your experience includes:

• Understanding of WIP flow, cycle time, capacity modeling, and build planning fundamentals.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to design, deliver and continuously enhance analytical solutions. You will also help strengthen self-service analytics capability while ensuring strong governance, quality and consistency.

Income Insurance is undergoing a strategic transformation across its business and technology landscape, with Business Intelligence playing a critical role in translating data into timely and actionable insights to support business growth, operational efficiency and informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, KPIs and analytical requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions
• Lead and own end-to-end delivery of BI initiatives across multiple BI workstreams, encompassing prioritization, dependency management, requirements definition, implementation and continuous enhancement to ensure timely outcomes aligned with business objectives 
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support enterprise reporting and analysis needs
• Analyse and interpret complex datasets to generate actionable insights and support data‑driven decision‑making 
• Create clear, intuitive data visualisations using Tableau to enable effective data storytelling 
• Enable and promote self‑service BI by delivering trusted data sources and well‑designed analytical products
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on BI tools, metrics, and best practices 
• Collaborate with data engineers, data office, and governance teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and lineage 
• Drive BI governance activities, including access management, usage monitoring and documentation
• Drive continuous improvement of BI standards, platforms and processes.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Maths / Statistics / Analytics / Technology / Business or a relevant discipline 
• Minimum 7 years’ working experience in business intelligence or analytics role
• Advanced proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or similar technologies is an advantage
• Experience working with data warehouses and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Strong expertise in Tableau and other modern BI tools, with solid data visualization and storytelling skills
• Proven experience applying analytics in insurance, banking, financial services or multi-national corporations with large enterprise data environments
• Analytical, detail-oriented, ability to manage timelines and adapt to business needs 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work effectively across business and technology teams
• Experience leading multiple analytics initiatives or workstreams
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders on priorities and KPI definitions

·        A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

·        Proven experience as a business analyst at a senior level or equivalent, preferably within the banking or financial services industry, with a strong focus on wealth management or investment products.

· Deep understanding of business domains related to investment products (e.g., funds, bonds, FX, structured products, Equities, digital assets) or advisory domains (e.g., portfolio management, construction, rebalancing, Risk).

· Project management experience

· Demonstrable experience in the agile delivery of complex customer journeys and digital products from conceptualization to launch.

· Solid experience in analyzing and documenting requirements for system integrations and complex IT landscapes.

· Proficiency in various business analysis techniques and tools, including process mapping, data modeling, use case development, user story writing, and requirements management.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
