Job Summary

As a Resident Engineer, you will lead site teams to supervise construction, ensuring design accuracy, safety, and compliance with contract specifications. You will drive project success by coordinating contractors, managing contracts, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead site supervision for Civil, Structural, and miscellaneous infrastructure works to ensure compliance with design documentation and safety standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent accreditation recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore
• Registration as a Resident Engineer accredited by the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
• Registration with IES/ACES and a minimum of 2 years experience supervising civil/structural works
• 3-5 years of site supervision experience as a Resident Engineer, preferably with HDB/LTA project experience

Role Summary

We are looking for a Functional Test Manager with strong core banking domain expertise and hands-on testing leadership across Agile and Waterfall deliveries. Skills & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Minimum Secondary School education, or 0–2 years of experience in testing or a related field.
  

• Industry Experience: Direct working experience in the construction industry is required.
  

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of testing concepts and standard computer skills.
  

• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to withstand challenging, outdoor on-site working conditions.

  • A strong quality focus with the determination to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
