• Define, implement, and continuously improve CoE development standards, REFramework conventions, reusable component libraries, and Git-based version control workflows

• Chair architecture review sessions and code review boards; establish quality gates at each stage of the SDLC

• Own the CI/CD pipeline strategy for RPA using Azure DevOps or Jenkins; automate bot deployment, regression testing, and release management

A hybrid engineering role responsible for system software governance, platform integration, and end-to-end quality, performance, and process excellence. System Software Engineering

• Design, develop, integrate, and debug system software components, including:
