Job Description

Our client requires a Program Associate to support their next phase of growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building communities, organising events, and learning about investing. No prior investment or business development experience is required. The Program Associate will work closely with the leadership team to support fundraising, donor engagement, partnerships, student and alumni community-building, and event execution across the organisation's regional operations.

Responsibilities

Business Development and Fundraising Support

• Support fundraising initiatives by helping to identify, research, and engage potential donors, sponsors, corporate partners, and institutional supporters
• Assist in preparing fundraising materials, donor updates, sponsorship proposals, impact reports, presentations, and follow-up communications
• Maintain and update donor and partner databases, track outreach progress, and help ensure timely follow-ups
• Support the planning and execution of donor engagement activities, including small group meetings, investor gatherings, student showcases, and impact-sharing sessions

Community Building

• Help grow and engage the Next Gen community, including students, alumni, mentors, investors, donors, and partners

Event Planning and Execution

Requirements
