Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and coordinate site execution for reinforced concrete and wet-trade subcontract works. The role focuses on managing structure progress, manpower planning, coordination with main contractors and consultants, and ensuring timely delivery of subcontract packages according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Coordination

Manage daily execution wet-trade works at site

Coordinate closely with main contractor’s project team on work sequence and scheduling

Programme & Productivity Control

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in finance and administration management.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or project-based industries is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of finance operations, HR administration, and office management.
• Familiar with Malaysian statutory and employment regulations.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing SME corporate support functions.

主要職責和責任：

• 為公司發展和管理規劃部門，使其有效率、誠信、熱情地運作，力求在所有工作中做到卓越（避免平庸）。
• 透過精心管理所有尺寸測量工作，確保高效運營，提高客戶滿意度，並確保 100% 按時交付承諾的產品。
• 負責推動系統化的流程來接收和評估客戶需求，確保始終有可行的營運計劃，支援營運部門與現有客戶和潛在客戶的業務發展工作，並推動關鍵材料指標的持續改進。
• 收到經正式授權的客戶需求後，協調尺寸確定工作，並制定計劃，以最大限度地提高客戶滿意度和資源利用率。
• 賦予所有規劃人員權力，並指導他們根據各自工作單元的需求，積極主動地承擔以下工作：
• 依照業務單位的 MSA/SLA，將主生產計畫與客戶採購訂單涵蓋範圍或 LOA 進行協調。
• 評估生產計劃，必要時進行修改，優化生產數量，最大限度地減少換線次數，實現 100% 準時交貨。
• 根據發現的變化，更新和維護主生產計劃，以便 MRP 反映準確、最新的資訊。
• 與買家協調解決未決的材料問題，以避免意外的材料短缺。
• 招募並留住符合業務需求的高素質員工。建立完善的交叉訓練體系和強而有力的繼任計劃，以適應業務需求的變化。
• 確保員工獲得履行職責所需的適當訓練、工具和資源。培養、激勵和挑戰所有團隊成員，使其充分發揮潛力，並透過正式和非正式管道提供直接及時的回饋。
• 定期對所有報告規劃人員進行績效評估並制定職涯發展規劃。
• 與部門成員一起審查所有相關政策和程序（包括已製定和修訂的），並指導他們完成具體任務。確保每個人都理解相關內容，並獲得他們的持續支持和遵守。
• 管理並持續取得、監控和審查工作單元的目標和指標。始終保持對客戶合約和責任協議的清晰理解。
• 持續提高計畫職能的效率、準確性和有效性，以降低物料管理的整體成本。
• 貫徹執行公司「行為準則」、文化信條以及公司營運政策和程序。
• 支持公司標準規劃策略和系統的製定和實施。
• 透過接受並解決領導階層認為必要的所有其他專案項目來提升自身能力。

工作要求：

• 具備端到端規劃的深入知識。
• 充分了解並遵守公司政策和程序。
• 能夠與各級管理人員進行口頭和書面溝通。
• 在人事和業務問題上，始終保持謹慎和保密。
• 獨立自主，能夠適應快節奏的工作環境。

教育和經驗要求：

• 擁有任何專業的專業學位，並在計劃領域至少有10年的工作經驗。具備採購和庫存控制以及類似製造環境的工作經驗者優先考慮。
• 應徵者需具備強大的溝通、領導、業務分析、流程開發、行政管理及變革管理能力，並具備相關成功經驗。此外，注重細節和良好的團隊合作能力也不可或缺。
• 能夠在壓力下有效率、專業地工作，適應團隊合作環境，並能應付頻繁變化的截止日期和優先事項。

-負責日常辦公室營運、設備採購、維修保養、服務合約等事宜。

-安排商務旅行的機票/飯店

- 處理執行長指派的任何臨時性任務

■人力資源

協助招募活動/新進員工入職

-處理員工規章制度、福利及相關事宜

-維護人力資源數據，包括薪資、個人資料、勞動合約、考勤記錄（如加班/缺勤/病假/年假等），並與第三方服務供應商聯絡。

■會計

-協助第三方供應商完成每月會計結算工作，例如銷售記錄、付款、費用報銷、發票管理等。

■物流協調

-協調進口業務，包括發貨安排、庫存追蹤、供應商溝通和物料準備，以確保業務和活動順利執行。

■線下粉絲活動協調

-協助策劃和協調線下粉絲活動，包括場地安排、利害關係人協調、活動佈置等，以提供引人入勝的社區體驗。

■必備：

-擁有超過8年的後台辦公室經驗，例如人力資源、會計、總務等。

- 具備豐富的物流/進口協調知識是一項重要優勢。

- 擁有超過5年的團隊管理經驗
