Key Responsibilities

• AI Fabric Architecture & Deployment: Design, build, and optimize high-throughput, ultra-low-latency East-West compute networks using NVIDIA Spectrum-X Ethernet platforms (Spectrum-4 ASICs) and/or NVIDIA Quantum-X800 InfiniBand switching.
• Performance Tuning for Lossless Networking: Configure and fine-tune critical Layer 2/3 lossless transport mechanisms, including Remote Direct Memory Access over Converged Ethernet (RoCE v2), Priority Flow Control (PFC), Explicit Congestion Notification (ECN), and DCQCN.
• Rail-Optimized Topologies: Implement and maintain non-blocking, multi-plane, full fat-tree network topologies mapped to 8-GPU server architectures to maximize collective communication performance via NCCL (NVIDIA Collective Communications Library).
• SmartNIC & DPU Management: Deploy and manage high-speed compute network interfaces, including ConnectX-8 SuperNICs (800 Gb/s) and BlueField-3 DPUs for isolated infrastructure management, storage acceleration, and multi-tenant security.
• Full-Stack Orchestration & Automation: Drive infrastructure-as-code deployments using Ansible and Terraform. Initialize and monitor the NVIDIA Network Operator within core Kubernetes orchestration layers.
• Telemetry & Validation: Utilize deep network telemetry tools such as NVIDIA NetQ and "What Just Happened" (WJH) to stream real-time switch diagnostics. Conduct line-rate cluster benchmarking using ib_write_bw and ib_write_lat to eliminate physical layer bottlenecks.

Required Technical Skills &Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• AI Networking Expertise: Proven track record of configuring RoCE v2, adaptive routing, and traffic optimization specifically for machine learning/HPC workloads.

• Ensure designs comply with Singapore standards (SS CP 52, SS 575, SS 553, NFPA, FM Global)
• Coordinate fire protection systems with electrical, plumbing, and structural disciplines
• Ensure compliance with SCDF, Fire Safety Act, and BCA regulations
• Prepare and submit fire safety plans and authority documentation
• Liaise with QPs, RIs, and SCDF officers for approvals and inspections
• Oversee fire protection projects from design to completion
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements
• Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines
• Conduct risk assessments and resolve technical/site issues
• Lead testing, inspection, and commissioning of fire protection systems
• Coordinate integration with ACMV systems (e.g., smoke control, pressurisation)
• Ensure proper documentation and handover for Fire Safety Certificate (FSC)
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Safety Engineering, or related field
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in fire protection within M&E/construction industry in Singapore
• Strong knowledge of fire codes (SCDF, BCA, NFPA, FM Global)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and hydraulic calculation tools
• Experience in ACMV smoke control and fire system integration
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in turning breakthrough designs into real-world manufacturing solutions. From concept to customer delivery, you’ll drive new product industrialization by working cross-functionally to optimize for quality, cost, and lead time. You’ll be a strategic partner to both Global Operations and our Business Units, influencing design, improving processes, and supporting the full product lifecycle.

What you will be working on

• Provide first line engineering support in resolving daily operation issues in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, through collaboration with a team of multidisciplined manufacturing engineers, manufacturing supervisors and technicians.
• Achieve daily targets on product delivery to global customers in alignment with manufacturing engineering strategies, production schedules, quality and safety standards.
• Design and develop cost-effective testing methods with innovations for systems and equipment throughout product development and manufacturing in meeting manufacturing efficiency and customer quality.
• Prepare test and diagnostic programs according to product requirements, refine detailed test specifications, develop detailed procedures.
• Provide holistic technical solutions for highly complex problems from the suppliers, contract manufacturing, and internal manufacturing by liaising with cross functional teams in GOPS and Business Units (BU).
• Perform systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing issues and deviations, provide immediate containment actions, and pursue long term corrective solutions.
• Partner with cross functional teams in Global Operations (Manufacturing, Production Planning, Procurement, and Quality Engineering), organize and lead internal and external review meetings, ensuring alignment and progress with focus on manufacturing processes, cycle time, assembly sequence, and quality.
• Lead the execution of continuous improvement projects on quality, cost, capacity, and efficiency enhancement with cross functional teams in GOPS and BU.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience in semiconductor capital equipment industry.
• Hands-on experience in electrical testing and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of testing methodology, C#, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Proven track record of managing technical projects to completion while accomplishing objectives and influencing cross-functional teams
• Experience with control systems utilized in testing automation, serial communication protocols, TwinCAT PLC, Device Net, Ethercat, RS 485, RS 232, etc.
• Proficient in operational excellence tools such as FMEA, 8D, SPC, DMAIC, GR&R, and Six Sigma
