About the Role

Aureus Group is looking for Centre Directors who can lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives in the direction of working towards the company goals. They need to be equipped with strong organization and sales skills, with extensive product knowledge and able to provide excellent customer service in order to ensure that he/she can promote the company and our programmes effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assigned number of outgoing sales calls daily
• Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, sales/ enrolments and lead-conversion targets, in addition to any other targets that may be set by the management in relation to centre growth
• Cultivate team members through effective on-the-ground mentoring and ensure they achieve their individual management-assigned targets
• Answer all incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct sales activities and events to support the team with lead generation and conversions
• Retain existing customers through effective problem solving and ensure that all team members uphold the highest quality of service standards at all times
• Ensure desirable centre growth by providing excellent customer service and mitigate student turnover
• Maintain or exceed assigned closure or conversion rate target for all trials to enrolments to ensure maximum output from leads.

• Conduct assigned number of outgoing sales calls daily

Hiring Criteria:

The School is transitioning to an NTU medical school ahead of the 2028 successful conclusion of the NTU-Imperial partnership to set up a Joint Medical School. In August 2024, we welcomed our first intake of the NTU MBBS programme, that has been recently enhanced to include themes like precision medicine and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare, with an expanded scope in the medical humanities. The Programme Shared Services (PSS) provides specialized research administration support to Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine’s 8 Research Programmes and their directors.  It sits within the ambit of Research Administration and Support Services Department under the Vice Dean of Research Office. The PSS team supports the various research programmes in their large grant applications, contracts management, visiting academics management and events planning.  This position is expected to work well and closely with the Grants Management, Contracts Management and Events Management teams to support the Research Programmes and Directors.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, negotiate and execute a range of Contracts, including but not limited to Research Collaboration Agreements, Industry Contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements and Services Agreements

• Provide advice and assistance to research faculty and staff on all agreement issues, including export clauses and declarations

• Analyse Agreements and Contracts to identify risks, liabilities or gaps in information and resolve these issues and to seek relevant approvals
