In this pivotal role, you will lead strategic programmes within the Strategy, Architecture, and Transformation Division of the Technology Group. • Programme Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and stakeholder expectations. You will be responsible for managing complex interdependencies across multiple workstreams

Job Scope:

Seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to support both onsite and virtual aspects of high-profile events, including conferences and industry programs. This role requires strong operational skills, stakeholder coordination, and experience in hybrid event management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Spatial Experience Lead and Programming Lead in planning and coordinating event operations, including side activities at external venues (70% onsite focus)

Job Description

The incumbent will be supporting the programme management function in the existing MSc in Marketing Analytics and Insight (MAI) programme. This programme is helmed by the NUS Business School (MSc Programmes Office).

The duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Programme Leadership & Operations

• Ensure seamless delivery of the MAI programme, balancing the needs of international students with academic integrity and university standards.
• Deliver exceptional student support, from academic matters to experiential learning, wellness, and career-related initiatives.

The MAG High Performance Coach & Programme Manager will lead, develop and be accountable for the entire Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) pathway at The Yard, from grassroots participation through to elite, international and NCAA-preparatory performance.

The position will also play a key role in promoting The Yard as a regional centre of excellence for MAG, working with marketing and membership teams to increase participation and retention at all levels of the pathway.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Coaching & High Performance Leadership

• In conjunction with the Squads Manager and Managing Director, lead the strategic drive to position The Yard as Singapore’s premier MAG high performance training centre.
  
  

• Design and deliver world-class, age-appropriate and performance-driven training programmes aligned with international best practice.
  
  

• Coach and prepare gymnasts for national team pathways, international representation and NCAA recruitment, with a strong emphasis on long-term athlete development.
  
  

• Create a high-performance culture that balances excellence, athlete wellbeing, education and personal development.
  
  

• Ensure all coaching delivery adheres to The Yard’s policies, procedures, safeguarding standards, equality principles and health & safety regulations.
  
  

• Maintain the highest standards of athlete safety, reporting all incidents in line with company procedures.
  
  

• Maintain open, professional and consistent communication with parents, athletes and staff.
  
  

• Attend and actively contribute to coaching meetings, education clinics and professional development opportunities.
  
  

• Lead by example in coaching behaviour, professionalism and technical standards.
  
  

• Coach recreational classes to assist in talent identification, also liaising with the recreational coaches to ensure they are looking for gymnasts for the competitive program

2. Development & Leadership of the MAG Coaching Team

• Act as the senior technical lead for MAG, mentoring and supporting all MAG coaches (senior, junior and recreational).
  
  

• Provide ongoing mentorship, observation and feedback to ensure coaching quality and consistency across the programme.
  
  

• Lead  MAG coaches education sessions focusing on:

• Develop a MAG coaching resource hub, ensuring all coaches have access to structured plans, technical guidance and performance benchmarks.

• Foster a collaborative coaching environment with regular MAG-specific planning and review sessions.
  
  

3. Development of the MAG Competitive & High Performance Programme

• In partnership with the Squads Manager, take full responsibility for the design, implementation and evolution of the MAG programme at The Yard.
  
  

• Develop a clear, structured MAG pathway from recreational to elite, including:

• Create and maintain a comprehensive MAG competitive curriculum, aligned with FIG, regional and NCAA standards.
  
  

• Identify and support athletes with potential for international representation and collegiate scholarships, working closely with families to manage expectations and opportunities.
  
  

• Collaborate with the Senior Competitive Coaching Team to:

• Provide exposure to high-level coaching, judging and competition environments
  
  

• Oversee MAG competition planning, preparation and entries in collaboration with the competitive team.
  
  

• Monitor athlete progression, squad sizes and retention to ensure programmes are financially sustainable and performance-driven.
  
  

• Deliver regular, structured feedback to parents and the Managing Director on athlete development and programme outcomes.
  
  

• Lead and administer parent–coach meetings for the MAG programme, ensuring clear communication and documented feedback.
  
  

THE OPPORTUNITY

The first six years of a child's life shape everything that follows. For children from lower-income families, what happens in that window determines the trajectory. KidSTART exists to change those odds: personal home-based support, delivered by trained practitioners, built on evidence, and scaled nationally.

KidSTART completed its nationwide expansion in 2025 and now reaches families in all 24 towns. Scaling to 80 per cent of eligible children in every birth cohort requires a programme that is designed well, monitored carefully, and continuously improved. That work happens in this team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Manager or Senior Manager in Programme Development, you will be a core contributor to the operational policy work that keeps KidSTART running well. You will research, analyse, write, and implement — working across internal teams and external partners to develop the policies, frameworks, and monitoring systems the programme depends on.

This is a substantive policy and planning role. The work is analytical and detail-oriented, but the purpose is practical: better policies mean better support for practitioners, and better support for practitioners means better outcomes for children and families.

We are looking for someone who is rigorous about the work, curious about what is happening on the ground, and motivated by the prospect of contributing to a programme that makes a real difference in children's lives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Operational Policy and Programme Design

Contribute to the planning, development, and review of KidSTART's service model, operational policies, and processes. Translate strategic direction into practical frameworks that implementing agencies and practitioners can use.

Programme Monitoring and Reporting

Analyse programme data,track deliverables, and prepare reports on outcomes and budget utilisation. Identify what the data is telling us about programme performance and surface that clearly for decision-makers.

Partner and Funding Compliance

Support the management of KidSTART's funding agreements with implementing agencies. Track partner compliance with funding requirements, prepare disbursement documentation, and respond to audit-related queries.

Stakeholder Engagement

Work with internal teams, implementing agencies, and government counterparts to advance programme work. Prepare briefs, proposals, and policy papers for different audiences at various levels.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is analytical, writes well, and energised by policy and planning work, with a real-world implementation dimension. You do not need to have worked in early childhood before. You do need to care about the mission and be willing to learn the programme deeply.

Preferably, you will have:

–   Experience or a strong interest in policy formulation, data analysis, planning, or programme development.

–   A degree in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with strong writing and analytical skills.

–   The ability to lead projects independently, engage stakeholders at different levels, and manage tight timelines.

–   A flexible and resourceful disposition — KidSTART is a growing organisation and the work evolves quickly.

–   A genuine motivation to learn and develop professionally.

Experience in the public sector, social service sector, or early childhood sector is an advantage. What matters most is intellectual rigour and the drive to do the work well.

We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to support both onsite and virtual aspects of high-profile events, including conferences and industry programs. This role requires strong operational skills, stakeholder coordination, and experience in hybrid event management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Spatial Experience Lead and Programming Lead in planning and coordinating event operations, including side activities at external venues (70% onsite focus)
