Job Description
-Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on-site.
-Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
-Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for project-related issues.
-Lead and manage junior engineers and site supervisors.
-Check and verify setting-out, levels, dimensions, and materials.
-Prepare site progress reports, inspection checklists, and daily records.
-Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
-Solve technical issues and provide on-site solutions when required.
-Attend site meetings and report to Project Manager.
-Liaise with authorities and ensure compliance with regulations, permits, and approvals.
Job Requirements
-Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant site/construction experience.
-Good knowledge of structural and architectural works.
-Familiar with construction standards, codes, and regulations.
-Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools.
-Strong leadership and team management abilities.
-Good communication and problem-solving skills.
-Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
