• Lead the process and mechanical team for process plant EPC project, including design, engineering, supporting procurement & installation, and testing & commissioning works

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ proven experience in process/mechanical design of process plant (incineration plant, water/wastewater plant, etc.), at least 2 years’ experience in leadership or team lead role. Experience in the Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) wastewater treatment system is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards and Singapore codes of practice.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with established consumer brands in Asia for product validation and partnership opportunities.
• Lead business development activities, encompassing partner sourcing, opportunity assessment, proposal development, and negotiation of partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with partners to scope, structure, and execute product validation projects from concept to market testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 to 7 years of experience in business development, venture building, corporate innovation, strategy, product management, or related fields.
• Experience in working with consumer products, retail businesses, or sectors like FMCG, food, and beverage is preferred.
• Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships and managing external stakeholders.

The Business Development Manager (Finance) will be responsible for:

Deal-sourcing capabilities and an established network within the digital asset ecosystem. The successful candidate will identify investment opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and support the company's growth initiatives across Southeast Asia while collaborating closely with stakeholders in South Korea.

• Collaborate with senior management to develop digital asset strategies, define project objectives, timelines, and execution plans.
• Identify potential investors and business opportunities, and develop targeted marketing and communication strategies.
• Support and coordinate the issuance and distribution of digital assets while ensuring appropriate operational controls and security measures are implemented.

• Manage post-issuance activities, including secondary market coordination and ongoing investor relations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience in the financial services, digital assets, investment, or related industry.
• Professional proficiency in English is required. Professional proficiency in Korean (spoken and written) is required to communicate effectively with Korean-speaking stakeholders and headquarters.
• Relevant CMFAS certifications, including RES1A/RES1B, RES4, and CM-EIP/CM-SIP.
• Good understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and security tokens.
• Experience in asset management, private wealth management, or related investment activities is advantageous.
• Exposure to planning or executing security token offerings or similar fundraising initiatives is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive strategic business initiatives.

Job Function
