Assist in planning and executing marketing activities to promote company products and services.

Conduct market research and collect customer feedback to understand market trends and customer needs.

Assist in developing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media content, and promotional messages.

Manage and update company social media platforms and assist in online marketing campaigns.
管理及更新公司社交媒体平台，并协助线上营销推广活动。
Communicate with customers, business partners, and suppliers to support marketing and promotional activities.
与客户、商业伙伴及供应商沟通，支持营销及推广活动。
Assist in organizing promotional events, roadshows, exhibitions, and other marketing activities when required.
根据需要协助组织促销活动、路演、展会及其他营销活动。
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare basic reports for management review.

Support sales and customer service teams by providing marketing information and promotional support.

Maintain customer database and assist in follow-up with potential customers.

Requirements / 职位要求
Relevant experience in marketing, sales support, digital marketing, customer service, or business development is preferred.
有市场营销、销售支持、网络营销、客户服务或业务开发相关经验者优先。
Basic knowledge of marketing concepts, social media platforms, and promotional activities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
