Requirements

• Promote awareness of safety and risk associated with chemicals, equipment, and processes in the area.

How will you get here?

Education

• Degree/Diploma in Science/Pharmaceutical/Engineering or relevant field, or equivalent experience.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience managing people within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in aseptic processing is a plus.
• For Diploma candidates, at least 6 years’ experience in managing people is required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Proven knowledge of cGMP requirements in Biologics/Pharmaceutical plants.
• Strong process understanding and a continuous improvement approach.
• Leadership skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full bill adjustment process: review, validate documents and correct bill discrepancies in the system, and ensure accuracy and timelines

• Manage and coach customer liaison officers to handle walk-in enquiries and reply within service standards

• Handle escalated cases and ensure prompt effective resolution

• Identify process gaps, improve, and streamline processes to enhance patients’ satisfaction and experience

• Collaborate with internal departments / teams to ensure compliance to billing policies, governance requirements, and service-level agreements
