Education

Experience

• At least 5 years of proven experience in IT project management, with a robust track record of successfully delivering complex projects, including hands‑on responsibility for planning, execution, testing coordination, and production handover.

Job Summary

Lead and develop a regional SEA sales team while owning and delivering a personal sales quota. Drive complex deal closures in IT consulting, professional services, and talent solutions across Singapore and APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales and recruitment team of 8 across Singapore and India to achieve sales targets
• Own and deliver a personal individual sales quota through proactive deal origination and closure
• Manage complex, high-value sales cycles and strategic opportunities in Singapore and selected APAC accounts
• Engage senior client stakeholders to identify business and technology challenges and tailor consultative solutions
• Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to design consulting, managed services, and talent solutions
• Lead and support RFPs, proposals, and commercial negotiations with guidance from global practice leads
• Support team members on key deals by conducting deal reviews and participating in joint customer meetings
• Coach sellers on discovery techniques, value articulation, and solution positioning to enhance sales effectiveness
• Ensure consistent sales quality and messaging across the APAC region
• Collaborate closely with APAC leadership, delivery, recruitment, and global teams to align execution with regional strategy and priorities

Required competencies and certifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT sales or professional services sales
• Proven experience managing regional or multi-country sales teams
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas
• Experience selling intangible services such as consulting, managed services, or transformation
• Strong skills in coaching, communication, and stakeholder management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Cloud, or Digital Transformation services
• Exposure to consulting-led and talent-based solutions
• Experience operating within APAC enterprise sales environments

YOUR ROLE 
The role of Senior Sales Manager plays an integral role in the business strategy for PALO IT Singapore. The role holds a significant position in our overall operations, making it imperative for someone to provide comprehensive oversight and take charge of its sustained expansion and progression. This position requires extensive collaboration, bringing together domain experts to craft go-to-market strategies that are in harmony with our company's objectives. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Market Analysis:  

• Stay informed about industry trends, risk, competitive landscape, opportunities, and emerging technologies. 
• Identify market gaps and potential growth areas. 
• Use data-driven insights to refine sales approaches.  

Sales Operations:   

• Own and deliver on the overall go to market strategy. 
• Proactively identify and engage with key prospects to build a robust business development pipeline. 
• Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns. 
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and compliance standards.  

Client Relationship Management:   

• Cultivate strong relationships with key clients in the industry.  
• Understand client needs, identify opportunities, and propose tailored solutions.  
• Collaborate with product and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.  

Strategic Partnerships:  

• Establish partnerships with technology vendors and industry associations.  
• Participate in industry events for thought leadership and networking  
• Leverage these relationships to drive business growth.

• Extensive experience in leading and developing accounts  
• Experience in crafting proposals for client needs   
• Experience in agile delivery methodologies  
• Experience with project management  
• Experience working within a consultancy environment  
• Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing.  
• Candidates with entrepreneurship background and attitude will be preferred.
