Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth, expand market presence, and develop strong client relationships by identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and supporting sales and expansion strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to increase revenue

Handle progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts.

Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and developers Certification of claims for sub-contractors and suppliers for progress payment and finalization of accounts.

Handle purchasing including but not limited to calling for quotations, negotiations, etc.

Any ad-hoic duties as assigned.

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering.

3 to 5 years’ relevant experience with the contractors.

Candidate with experience in Civil Engineering works will also be considered.
