Account Management & Commercial Strategy

• Manage and grow key wholesale accounts through proactive engagement and long-term partnership development.
• Structure and negotiate commercial agreements covering services such as IP transit, international private leased circuits, Ethernet connectivity, roaming, and infrastructure services.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop competitive solutions aligned with customer requirements and network capabilities.
  

Market & Industry Engagement

• Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the global telecom wholesale ecosystem.
• Represent the company at regional telecom forums, industry conferences, and partner engagements.
• Maintain strong knowledge of carrier business models, pricing structures, and global connectivity requirements.

Ideally, you should possess

• Relevant sales experience in telecommunications wholesale, carrier sales, or international connectivity business.
• Proven experience selling telecom services to carriers, ISPs, OTT providers, hyperscalers, or large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of wholesale telecom services.
• Existing relationships with regional or global telco operators.
• Strong negotiation, commercial structuring, and account management skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to operate independently while managing complex sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen long-term customer partnerships

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction

• Build strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders including consultants, data center owners, and decision-makers

• Identify customer pain points and collaborate internally to deliver tailored technical and commercial solutions

• Manage and track sales pipeline, account performance, and key business metrics

• Promote and position chiller, CDU, FWU, and controls solutions to data center consultants and end-users

• Support tender activities, including bid submissions, specification reviews, project scoping, and value engineering proposals

• Drive contract negotiations, renewals, and periodic business reviews with clients

• Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, service, operations, and finance teams to ensure successful project delivery

• Deliver technical presentations, product briefings, and “lunch & learn” sessions to consultants and end-users

• Maintain strong awareness of industry trends, competitor landscape, and data center developments

• Support competitive positioning and go-to-market strategies for the company’s data center solutions portfolio

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and strategic insights for management

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles within HVAC / data center / building services industry

• Proven experience in solution selling to consultants, contractors, or end-users

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple complex accounts and projects simultaneously

• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, service, and commercial teams

• Familiarity with data center cooling solutions (e.g. chiller, liquid cooling, controls) is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of business strategy, sales planning, and client engagement practices.

• Comfortable with overseas business travel when required.
