Role Overview

Construction Manager to lead the execution of building projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong site leader with the capability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive performance across the project team.

• Lead and manage site operations for building projects from start to completion

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Managers, M&E teams, consultants, and subcontractors

• Ensure construction is executed in accordance with contract, drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements

• Drive productivity, quality, and safety performance on site

• Monitor progress and resolve site constraints proactively

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Section Manager (Civil) with strong exposure to deep excavation and infrastructure works to support the execution of major civil construction projects in Singapore. Candidates with experience in ERSS, diaphragm wall, piling, ground improvement, shaft, or station construction will be well-suited for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing assigned work sections, coordinating site operations, monitoring progress, and ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in MRT, railway, or infrastructure projects under the Land Transport Authority (LTA) will be an advantage.
• Experience in traffic diversion works, utility diversion/protection works, and viaduct construction will be an added advantage.
