As Senior Manager, you will work closely with WSG’s leadership to develop strategies and programmes to strengthen transition support for Senior Workers, such as building community capabilities. You will drive the implementation of these strategies and programmes, to facilitate initiatives that encourage PMETs in their 50s and 60s to pursue later-stage career aspirations. You will lead the sourcing and engagement of these community organisations. You will be building trust, fostering collaboration, and enabling peer support structures that help senior PMETs leverage their experience, skills, and networks for continued career success. Strategy & Programme Design

• Development of WSG’s for career and transition support for PMETs in their 50s and 60s, such as developing community initiatives with partner.
• Incorporate insights on human behaviour and motivation into programme design to improve engagement and outcomes.

Community Development & Relationship Management

• Source for and engage community-based groups or commercial providers that are able to support PMETs.
