JOB DESCRIPTION

I. Role and Responsibilities

• Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC

• Conduct user requirement gathering for new systems and/or enhancements to existing systems/solutions

• Conduct user requirement analysis for the development / implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems

• Perform documentation of requirements and new process/workflows for the developed solutions

• Perform functional analysis of new systems and enhancements to existing systems

• Involvement in the various testing phases prior to implementation, including but not limited to developing test plans and cases, conducting testing and verifying test results and following up on issues to resolution

• Plan and coordinate end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements

• Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport particularly in the area of defining IT processes, organizations and workflow relationships to complement the solution

• Support the team in defining project requirements, tracking and documentation of project progress with respect to time, resources, budget and demonstrated results

• Identify, facilitate and ensure cross functional resource support for projects.

• Provide 24/7 primary application maintenance support

• Participate and support Request for Proposal (RFP) for projects with the Manager.

II. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems

• Successful track record in project management, user and vendor management

• Experience in MS Windows environment & application support

• Experience in Database management systems (SQL, Oracle)

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently

• Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent

This role supports the AP Deal Desk team, involved in reviewing incentive deal proposals, maintaining financial models, and keeping the deal approval process running smoothly across AP markets. You will work with teams across Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations, and will regularly present findings and updates to senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Review client incentive deal proposals before they go for approval, and work with internal teams to improve the quality of submissions

• Help manage the deal approval process from start to finish, making sure it runs in line with governance and compliance requirements

• Maintain and update the financial models used to evaluate deals, working with global teams to make improvements where needed

• Prepare regular reports on client incentives for management review

• Keep the client incentive database up to date and provide analysis to support management decisions

• Support the rollout of internal deal tools including Dealight, iDeal, and Deal Performance Tracking

• Work with Legal, Contract Management, and other teams to make sure client contracts are completed correctly and on time

• Analyse financial data and clearly explain key findings, trends, and risks to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or a related field; CPA or CFA is a bonus

• At least 8 years of finance experience in a multinational company
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a deal-related finance role
