About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SeniorSharePoint Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will beresponsible for building, maintaining, and supporting Microsoft CloudSolutions, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online and Power Automate. What You’ll Do

1.      SharePoint Online Administration: Manage permissions, users,and site administration while supporting business service requests.

2.      Automation & Scripting: Develop and enhance PowerAutomate workflows and PowerShell scripts to optimize SharePoint Onlineoperations.

3.      Application Support: Provide functional analysis and testingfor Azure and third-party web solutions.

4.      Governance & Compliance: Implement security policies,data governance, and compliance measures across supported applications.

5.      Service Management: Resolve ServiceNow tickets promptly inline with SLA requirements.

6.      Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to translatebusiness needs into technical solutions and partner with IT teams for seamlessintegration.

7.      Power Platform Development: Build and maintain solutionsusing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

8.      Vendor Management: Engage with internal IBO teams (Finance,Procurement, Legal) and external vendors to ensure contracts are properlymaintained and managed.

9.      Documentation: Maintain operational documents, configurationrecords, and service accounts.

What We’re Looking For

•     Education: B.Sc. / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, orequivalent. Professional certifications (Microsoft CertifiedEngineer/Developer, ITIL v3/4 Foundation) are a plus.

•     Experience:

Ø Minimum 5 years of industry experience, with atleast 3 years in SharePoint development and support.

Ø Strong background in PowerShell scripting andPower Automate integrations with SharePoint Online.

Ø Solid foundation in SQL queries and storedprocedures.

•     Technical Skills:

Ø Knowledge of ASP.NET / .NET Core, HTML, CSS,JavaScript, Angular.js.

Ø Familiarity with Azure Fundamentals and AzureDevOps.

Ø Experience with PowerApps and AvePoint isadvantageous.

The System Administrator - VMWare (Engineer – ISM) provides advanced technical support for enterprise infrastructure environments. Your role will involve diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex systems when issues are escalated beyond first‑line support. The engineer will work with field engineers, technicians, and product support teams to resolve system malfunctions, report design or reliability issues, and support customer installation and training activities. You are expected to have technical expertise in highly sophisticated environments.

Your Responsibilities:

1. System Administration

• Maintain VMware, Nutanix AHV, and Red Hat environments.

• Administer, configure, and monitor virtual machines using vCenter.

• Configure and manage virtual and storage environments across multiple data centres.

2. Product Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute installations, upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.

• Help deploy application software and hardware on server and desktop platforms.

3. Security & Hardening

• Implement security best practices and system‑hardening techniques following defined procedures.

• Maintain compliance with organisational policies.

4. Backup & Recovery

• Ensure regular backups are performed and validated.

• Support disaster recovery (DR) processes and documentation.

5. Incident & Problem Management

• Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate incidents following ITSM/ITIL processes.

• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents.

• Provide technical support to teams when first‑line support is unable to resolve issues.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate system documentation, architecture diagrams, and configuration records.

• Provide regular updates and reports on system health, incidents, and maintenance activities.

7. Project & Cross‑Functional Support

• Collaborate with project teams to design and implement Linux‑based solutions.

• Support mission‑critical server and storage environments (SAN/NAS technologies).

• Support customer/user training for technical products.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in system administration, especifically with VMware and Nutanix.

• Expertise in Instal, configure, securing, and monitoring VMware vSphere ESXi clusters, and Windows Server 2019 or later (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print Services)

• Experience supporting large‑scale or critical server/storage environments (SAN/NAS).

• Experience installing and configuring applications and software.

• Familiarity with Nutanix AHV, Red Hat, and enterprise Linux environments (preferred).

• Certification (Preferred): VMware Certified Professional (VCP)

Job Responsibilities

1. GoListid (Owned Responsibilities)

• Issue Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Invoices on Globe3
• Create and update listings on the GoListid platform for all purchase, sales, and post-inspection transactions
• Maintain inventory movement records for sales meetings
• Coordinate with the Operations Team for deliveries and collections
• Prepare inspection checklists and documentation folders for Sales and Operations teams
• Send PO/DO/Invoices to customers or suppliers via email or WhatsApp
• Redirect GoListid platform and WhatsApp enquiries to the Sales team
• Visit yards and sites for inventory verification and audit purposes

• Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies in coordination with HR
• Manage daily company mail, including sorting, filtering, and distribution

Job Requirements

• Minimum “O” Level / “A” Level / ITE / Diploma or equivalent
• Fresh graduates welcome; prior experience in sales/admin/logistics support is a plus
• Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders (sales, shipping partners, finance, operations)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
