Reporting to the Head, EMBA Programme Management, the incumbent will serve as a Programme Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for the EMBA programme. • Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs requirements.

HR & Payroll Administration

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, and personnel records.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support CPF submissions and HR administrative matters.

Accounts Administration

• Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders.
• Verify supplier invoices and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable tracking.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support month-end closing activities.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate IT asset collection, disposal, and recycling projects.
• Schedule collection and transportation activities.
• Maintain project documentation and status reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Experience with payroll administration and HR support.
• Familiarity with inventory management and logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of Singapore Customs TradeNet permit declarations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience using Xero Accounting Software and Info-Tech Payroll/Accounting Systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary

SGD 3,500 – 5,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
