We are looking for someone to develop and manage Nielsen BASES business and client relationships by designing, selling, executing, and presenting market research studies to meet clients’ research objectives, and are building a talent pipeline for the same. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Consulting:

1. Trusted partner: Understand the client needs, deliver with excellence, make an impact

2. Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews

3. Attend client planning meetings and contribute by providing Nielsen insights and solutions to the client’s business needs.

3. Communication with mid-level clients on their research queries

4. Able to handle presentations with mid level clients or audiences

5. Crisis management: Able to tackle some of the client communication, particularly with mid-level clients.  

6. Taking ownership of project in terms of client relation as well as consulting / partnering with client through the project life cycle  

7. Ensure all presentations done by reports tell a clear story, provide insights and actionable recommendations  
 
Commercial Leadership:

1. Be proactive at collecting client business questions, active listening to understand the question behind the question  

2. Proactively follow-up with the client on proposals, designs, costs

3. Set up action plan, forecast and monitor regularly the revenue   

Project Management:

1. Proactively identify and address client issues and needs.  

2. Stays in loop on all stages of project management and monitors progress  

3. Ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications while meeting the company's quality standards

This role is accountable to be able to understand various data sources e.g. Retailer, eCommerce, Activate and Vendor and link with internal NielsenIQ platform. This role requires to provide solutions to improve process quality, understand emerging technologies, standards and best practices in cross platform development. It also requires to demonstrate mastery in applying concepts, and methodologies to innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities

- Work closely with Architectures/Technology, Platform Leader and Clients on designing standard Operational solution for various cloud/non-cloud technologies on ways of managing data

- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies and frameworks to maximize efficiency

- Handle large data sets with exposure to multiple formats and Tlog/non-Tlog data.

- Ability to extract, transform, load, and clean large data sets from multiple sources.

- Familiarity with managing, querying, and aggregating large data sets.

- Execute tasks on Ingestion platform

- Utilize SQL and Python for data processing

As a Data Operations Analyst, you will support the Business as Usual (BAU) production processes within the Market Insight (MI) team. Your responsibilities will include learning and executing tasks related to client deliverables, product coding, data input validation and Quality Checks with a focus on specific industries or categories. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to apply requested changes, ensure timely and accurate data delivery, and investigate root causes of any data-related issues.

We are looking for a meticulous and curious Product Analyst to join our Data Governance team, with a focus on providing robust analysis of our data source quality, defining metrics and reporting to generate actionable insights that drive decision making and trust in the data that powers our products and services.

As we expand our data sources, we need to understand their relative quality and depth to help us prioritise and harmonise product data in a way that provides the most insightful benefit for our clients. This role will work cross-functionally across our product teams and with key internal stakeholders, providing regular updates as well as targeted support and insight as required.

The Label Insight Data Governance Team, situated in our Product Team, is dedicated to ensuring the quality, integrity, and usability of data across the organization. Comprising three specialized teams—Attribute Health, Source Quality, and Data Support—it works collaboratively to uphold robust data standards, validate AI-generated outputs, and provide responsive, client-focused support. Together, the team enables scalable, trustworthy, and insight-ready data that powers our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Evaluate the relative and overall quality of our data sources including data produced by AI models, web scraping, manual coding, and other coded sources

· Define and implement metrics that provide actionable insights to both improve data reliability and quality, and help support prioritisation and harmonisation of our data sources

· Provide consistent reporting on data source quality – using dashboards and reports to communicate trends and issues, and proposed actions to address

· Identify anomalies, patterns, and potential risks in these data sources, with a key focus on ensuring the confidence of AI-generated data

· Design and implement methods to detect outliers, inconsistencies, and unexpected trends in data sources

· Investigate root causes of anomalies and collaborate with technical teams and key stakeholders to address underlying issues

· Support the application of validation rules, checks, and metrics to monitor data quality over time

· Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to refine AI outputs based on quality findings

Software Engineer with Java/Sprint boot, ETL (SQL, Python, ETL)

Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer with strong backend development experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Java-based technologies, database systems, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high performance applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business and technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications.
• Build and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries using SQL and PostgreSQL.
