Staff Product Engineers Logistic will be a critical part of our sustaining team, ensures product continuity after mass production.  We are seeking a Product Engineer who has strong back ground in Product Engineering. This role is crucial to ensure execution of sustaining projects and also proactively monitor production supply chain.  The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, test, manufacturing, and quality—to support mature products in high-volume production, drive yield improvement, and extend product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•  Manage and maintain BOM system.  This will be a crucial on-going task to ensure production system operates flawlessly.  Candidate will be trained to generate and mainitain BOM of all PCP products in new Renesas system.
• Sustain multiple products lifecycles, production and compliance. Oversees high volume PCP Products mass production manufacturing across all internal factory and subcons
• Generating and monitor engineering build requests to support qualification/validation builds and customer samples.
• Generate weekly yield/variance monitor report and recommend actions.
• Generate and monitor SBL/SYL updates
• Monitor and resolve manufacturing and test issues, working closely with fab, assembly, and test sites.
• Work with several data base system to generate useful reports to help drive sustaining team productivity. 

Ensure smooth, accurate and timely freight process flow & data entry into the Company's Operational Performance Standards.

• Track and trace shipments as required.
• Ensure timely movement and delivery of freight to customers. 
• Ensure documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposes.
• Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.
• Interact with our customers in arranging their shipments, exceeding customer service expectations.

Responsibilities

1.     Prepare and issue Local Accounts Receivable Statements of Account upon completion of account closing activities in a timely and accurate manner.

2.     Generate and maintain Console Invoice Numbers within the SAP system, ensuring proper documentation and system accuracy.

3.     Liaise with customers to follow up on outstanding invoices, including resolving discrepancies, missing invoices, and dispute-related queries.

4.     Perform daily allocation of incoming funds, including proper categorization, reconciliation, and timely updating of collections in the SAP system.

5.     Conduct monthly AR aging analysis, actively monitor overdue accounts, and follow up to ensure effective and timely collections.

6.     Monitor commission receipts from Sompo Insurance and ensure accurate allocation and distribution to the respective divisions.

7.     Participate in the team’s buddy system by providing backup support for absent team members to ensure continuity of AR operations.

8.     Provide support to the Operations team by addressing and resolving billing-related issues in a timely manner.

9.     Create and maintain customer master data and charge code requests in AS400 & SAP as submitted by the Operations team, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

10.  Undertake ad hoc tasks and assignments as delegated by the Supervisor or Head of Department (HOD).

The Power Supply & Traction Systems Expert acts as the technical authority for the design, integration, verification and delivery of railway power supply and traction electrification systems.
