Position: Outdoor Catering Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Catering Sales Manager to grow our catering business through corporate, private, and event sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about food and hospitality, enjoys building client relationships, and has a strong ability to generate revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase outdoor catering revenue
• Identify and secure new corporate and private catering clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, corporate accounts, and partners
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized catering packages
• Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Conduct site visits and client meetings
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and food-related events to promote the brand

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in catering, hospitality, F&B, or events
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Good knowledge of outdoor catering operations and event coordination

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Admin to support the Sales and Business Development team. The role will be responsible for preparing quotations, sales orders, customer documents, order amendments, sales reports, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure accurate and smooth order processing.

Responsibilities

Sales Administration

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and supporting documents.
• Process order amendments and customer requests.
• Maintain customer and sales records accurately.
• Ensure all sales documentation is properly updated and filed.
• Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks.

Coordination

• Coordinate between Sales, Kitchen, Warehouse, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Ensure all event and order information is accurate and complete.
• Monitor order progress and highlight discrepancies.
• Follow up with relevant departments on order changes, missing details, or urgent requirements.
• Support internal communication to ensure smooth order and event execution.

Customer Support

• Respond to customer enquiries.
• Follow up on pending quotations and documentation.
• Assist the sales team in daily operations.
• Provide timely updates to customers where required.
• Support customer service standards for catering and event orders.

Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain CRM and ERP records.
• Support management reporting requirements.
• Assist in tracking quotations, confirmed orders, pending orders, and customer follow-ups.

Requirements

• Experience in sales administration, events coordination, catering administration, or hospitality administration will be advantageous.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Responsible, organised, and able to follow up on tasks promptly.

KPI

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of quotations and orders.
• Maintain accuracy of customer and sales records.
• Support achievement of departmental service standards.
• Ensure reports and documentation are submitted on time.
• Provide effective support to the Sales Team and customers.
• Ensure customer and event information is properly communicated to internal departments.

• Run digital campaigns: Assist in planning and launching ads on social media platforms

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Growth strategy and Execution strategy

• Develop and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies to drive acquisition, activation, and retention
• Own campaign performance across paid, owned, and earned channels (e.g., social, search, display, affiliates, CRM)
• Translate brand campaigns into performance-driven executions that deliver measurable ROI

Data Analytics

• Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to uncover growth opportunities
• Build dashboards and reports to track funnel performance and marketing effectiveness
• Use insights to inform creative, messaging, and channel strategies

Performance optimisation

• Continuously run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
• Monitor key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and adjust strategies to maximize efficiency

Integrated campaigns and creative development

• Lead end-to-end integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
• Work closely with Creative team and/or agency to develop culturally relevant, standout campaigns
• Ensure campaigns are designed with both brand impact and measurable outcomes in mind
• Guide development of high-performing, insight-driven creatives across digital platforms
• Partner with agencies to continuously evolve messaging, formats, and storytelling
• Balance brand-building with conversion by optimizing creative based on performance insights

Ideal skills/ experience: 

• University Degree. Degree in Marketing and Communication or Business or Advertising, or Digital Marketing preferred
• 4–7 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing 
• Strong understanding leading brand campaigns with measurable business impact 
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth and optimizing campaign performance 
• Experience with creative communications development.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) 
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights 
• Highly data-driven with a test-and-learn mindset 
• Creative thinker who can balance brand and performance 
• Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
